Overall, the view is great. At the lobby, there is a machine that only accepts cash: 20 peso, 50 peso, and 100 peso. The machine price is affordable, and the food is good and cheap with a big portion. But, beside the ocean, there are outsiders that sell stuff; the price is too high. I recommend negotiating the price before buying those stuff. There are free activities like kayaking and diving for 1 hour.

No bathtub for deluxe twin, don't believe the photos. Bad service for the restaurant and room services. A lot of flies in the restaurant. Bring your own water during your visit.

Not that uulitin mo pa. I will recommend more the hotels nearby.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Food is great. Instagrammable place. Very nice view from our room. But I hope they can repaint the pool because it looks ugly from the top.

Not that good enough because of the foul smell of the room and the leak in the toilet bowl. Food in the resto are not worth for its price. Good thing, they have activities such as table tennis, ktv, gym and movie nights with popcorn.

Nice place, free activities are also many, quite fun, the less it is, the shoes are less clean, the pillow cloth is dirty.

We had a good experience in Camp Netanya. The staff are easy to approach and reliable. Only thing that bothered me was the flies swarming our lunch table. I hope they could do something about it.

We had a great stay! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The place was beautiful and relaxing as well.

Good staff but amenities are not well maintained. Breakfast buffet was not replenished right away.

We booked for a 2 night stay. So, as days passed, we checked every picture or video from their facebook page to their website. Seen it very presentable, and was so hyped for our vacation. We didn’t mind all the negative feedbacks seen here in Traveloka and other socmed platforms, to see is to believe right? Day of check in came, and was very disappointed with their lack of housekeeping maintenance. Few insects are crawling around our room. There were stains in the bed sheet. The pillowcase were not even ironed and the bathrobes had dirt all over its back side. Bath towels were not properly laundered and smells horrible. The bathroom floor was leaking and there were stains in their bath tub. There were water interruption while taking a shower and fixtures released brownish earthy discharge. Bathroom was very unhygienic and looks neglected. The place looks very instagrammable but the lack of proper maintenance compromises the whole rating for this resort. We suggest to pause the operations for a month or two to do a general clean up for each room. Assign dedicated personnel for housekeeping, designated for certain areas of the resort. The pool area needs proper tiling as its flooring is already turning brown (they have used paint finish for its flooring system). It’s an infinity pool overlooking the Batangas’ famous diving spots, but is also unhygienic. There are dead insects floating in the pool area. Resume operation once major clean up is done, this can attract many potential clients for the resort. Upon check out they provided a review paper, sadly I wanted to write that I will not recommend this to a friend, its picture perfect but grubby. Room is pricey for a night but is very disappointing. On the other hand, they have provided free snorkeling activity and kayaking, ktv and movie night. But if you want to see beautiful corals and fishes, you should try their island hopping package. You have to prepare 3500, 1000 for the reception and 2500 for the island guide. At the activity desk they will ask you on which tour you prefer. Tour 1 is for Sumbrero Island, and Tour 2 is for Sampaguita Island. We chose Sumbrero Island since they told us that we are experiencing high tide as of the moment and will not enjoy if we were to pick Tour 2: Sampaguita Island. We chose Tour 1: Sumbrero Island, but we went to Mang Oscar Island instead, to which they didn’t mention another 300 per head entrance fee. Asked the guide and told us that a caretaker was shot in Sumbrero Island, so they’re just taking care of their guests. Mang Oscar Island was nice and has clear water, but there are floating snack wrappers, bottle caps, plastics and other wastes. Dead coral reefs are drifted to the shore which I suggest can be used as road construction material rather than being diverted to waste landfills. Not to mention they have a greek themed restaurant but offers few dish originated from Greece. You are forced to eat there since restaurants are miles away, and the resort is located at a slight hill top. The food is too pricey, one meal almost can cause you a thousand for 2. But they serve large amount which you can tell them to store it to their kitchen to be eaten for later. They will reheat it and serve later. Suggest to buy food at nearest convenience store, canned goods, just to be prepared. The activities are jam packed and you’ll enjoy each and every one of them, but please maintain cleanliness and be precise of your information before disseminating to your guests.

I travelled 5 hours with my family from Manila. Ao upon checking in I already informed Dianna that I got a toddler with me 2 yo and 4 yo girl so I want a clean room and non-smoking. As we got in the room the bed sheets are very untidy and dirty and smelly well obviously they didn’t change the bed sheets and pillowcases so I called the room service to change them. After that we swim and when we were finished I ask my 14 yo daughter to come up first so that she can take a bath and then after an hour I got up with my 2 yo daughter to shower her since she’s cold already only to find out that my daughter hasn’t showered yet because she’s still waiting for the maintenance to fix the shower because there is no water coming out. She waited for an hour she’s wet and cold. No water in the shower and there’s a pubic hair in the bathtub! Nobody used the Cr yet so it means they did not clean the cr also! I booked for King Superior because it was indicated that this is the best room with bathtub to relax on. Super kadiri! So it’s started getting in my head and got mad because my 2yo and 4 yo need to be showered. We waited for another 30 minutes! We’re all wet and cold until I got mad at them and I ask them to look for a cr for us to take a bath. So that was the only time they decided us to transfer room to take a bath. I saw the other room nice and tidy just the same category superior king, I asked the room service guy why they give us that room if they have a better room! The room aervice guy admitted that the shower in room 101 is not really working. Si this pissed me off so I decided to leave the hotel because they ruined everything and stressed us out. Imagine us crossing from one room to another all wet and transferring our stuff plus carrying my toddlers. We traveled 5 hours back and front for that place. Super not worth it! They insisted that they can not refund my money so I got mad even more. The weather wasn’t good because it was a rainy Sunday but we decided to push through because I don’t want to waste my money. But staying there for less than 4 hours to travel back in Manila is the worst experience I ever had. Wasted Effort, Time, Energy and Money! Not to mention it was my Mother’s birthday and she is 63 already. We were all tired and exhausted and celebrated my Mom’s birthday very disappointed and unhappy. I want my money back! I always book my reservation through ota and this is the worst experience I had. Definitely, we will not come back there ever again! I hate Dianna for giving us that room with no shower and a pubic hair on the bathtub. We stayed not even halfday so I deserved to get a refund.

Such a pity that a great place with amazing sceneries and architectural designs was ruined by terrible service and poor management. Most of the food and drinks we ordered are unavailable in their restaurant. Approximately 6 items in the menu were mentioned as unavailable from noon till the next day. This was also our first time to experience self check in. We had to find our room/ villa ourselves since no staff were available to assist us. We also availed their spa service and reserved a 10 pm schedule; only to have waited for nothing since no one came to our room. We rescheduled next day morning and received a confirmation that they will come to our room at the agreed time slot. We still had to make a follow up call for them to actually show up. The check out was the most horrible experience. We waited for an additional 15 minutes since the hotel manager that was suppose to assist us gave her attention and prioritize another guest behind us. Overall experience was okay; but expect a terrible service from the crew and their restaurant.

The place is picture perfect! But it's not just the place that we should be concerned about. The service is so lowsy that we need to call front desk 3 times just to ask for floor mats?! They were very unresponsive to our needs. Food too pricey that the price is not worth the taste. The comfort rooms have this foul smell that we cannot distinguish. Overall the place is just instagramable that's it!

The hotel is beautiful. The view is very nice. The bed is very comfortable. They offered free activities (kayak, ktv and film showing) and complimentary drinks/snacks (welcome juice, hot chocolate, marshmallows and popcorn). The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did not enjoy the food - nothing spectacular.

Our family weekend getaway was excellent and we give 100% satisfaction! From room to amenities, to food, staff, I guess for all of it I give 5 stars! 2 days and 1 night is not enough to enjoy the stay. Sulit!
