El Cielito Hotel-Baguio

Staffs were accommodating. Room was clean. Accessible to the center of the city. Food was great. Will book again soon. :)

The hotel is very accessible. Breakfast buffet is good as well. We had a comfortable stay.

It is our second stay in this hotel and I so love it because of cleanliness and comfy feeling.We surely recommend it. Place is nearby tourist spots and 3mins walk to SM.👌😘

Nice place to stay! Nice and kind staff

We were able to check in as early as 9am! Which is very convenient for us. They told us you can check in anytime as long as the room is available. The room is clean and we even had complimentary drinks, if its not enough you can ask for service water. The staffs are nice and friendly :) My favorite is their bfast buffet! Enjoyed all the food! Already planning for our next stay here ;)

I stayed here for a couple of days with my mom and our experience was great. The hotel is old but it’s well-maintained. They allowed us to check in early and leave our bags while waiting. The location is also good. It’s near Victory Liner, SM Makati, and must-try restos in Baguio like Hill Station, O’ Mai Khan, etc. Their breakfast buffet is also good. I like their Baguio longanisa and they also serve strawberry taho. The staff was also nice and accommodating. I’ll probably stay here again the next time I go to Baguio.

We dropped by really early to let them know about our reservation but when we arrived at 2 pm which was the actual time of our check in (and by this time most of the visitors who came AFTER us were already checked in) we were told that they were just about to clean the room and may take some more time. It took them some time before we were actually able to check in and then when we checked in there were no toiletries and we had to ask for them and the fridge was still dirty. Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones who experienced it. There was another group complaining about the same thing the day after we arrived. Since El cielito charges more than the usual for baguio, it was an extremely disappointing experience and I probably won’t be coming back

My first time probably my last at this hotel. I was disappointed well there was no complementary bottled mineral water. the front desk said that it is only given to guest who are booked at deluxe rooms. secondly, we have to ask the housekeeping for dental kit. their food choices wasn't much tasty and it is limited. but there's a bonus, flies particularly big ones accompany guest during dining at their resto. but I did appreciate that even though there wasn't an exhaust fan there is a window open so to let natural air come in and there is bidea. there price is not worth it though but there is always a room for improvement if they want to.

Great breakfast with buffet choices!

It was all throughout a pleasant stay but since the place is already old, be aware of old tile furnishings, stained sofa on the 2nd floor landing, and clogged drain. Our comfort room window has no screen so mosquitos were able to go inside our room through that window especially if we open the comfort room. I feel a little itchy at night but we asked the staff to clean the room every morning. The television isn't functioning properly also. But the food was okay and customer service excellent.

Relaxing, hotel staffs are accommodating

Near Victory Liner but far from attractions. Need to ride a jeepney for you to be able to reach Burnham Park. Upgraded from Non-Aircon room to Aircon Room without a fee. But, we didn't use the aircon because it was cold.
