When you look at this hotel it seems cheap from the outside but inside, it is very clean (though small), well maintained, service is top notch! There is also a nice restaurant at the back of the hotel building with nice ambiance. If I travel to Cebu on a budget or just to have a place to rest before flying somewhere else, I will certainly go back to Eloisa. A newly discovered gem.

The room was much nicer than we expected. It has very nice interiors and a big window overlooking the Lapu-lapu City. Plus the staff are really nice and accommodating!

Location is on a very busy street. We had a premium room located in the rear with a pool/courtyard view. Room is somewhat small but it was very well maintained and everything worked as it should. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Airport pickups are free (you may need to pay the parking fee, 65 pesos) but airport return shuttle is P300. Our driver, Roberto, was great! All staff were helpful and genuinely friendly. They all had smiles on their faces and greeted us warmly. Pool was perfect. A great place to take refreshing dip. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs cooked to order, toast (mango jam!), ham, rice, chicken in mushroom sauce, coffee and juice (apple drink very sweet, more juice options would be great). Good value overall. Would highly recommend but get a room in the back.

Airport pick up and drop off at an early hour is such a great help.They’re really on time. Make sure to request for a room at the back part of the building due to the car noise at the street in front side.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a wonderful time! I enjoyed the breakfast and the access to drinking water in the hall was a huge bonus. The airport pickup was seamless too. I was picked up right as soon as I had gone outside which is very fast.

We stayed here after traveling for over 30 hours to arrive in Cebu. Arrived at 1:00 am needing a shower and sleep. Shower not working properly (very low water pressure), toilet not flushing, sink not draining properly, refrigerator not working at all and only some of the lights worked. In a word, terrible. We checked out a day early as soon as we had their “breakfast”. Worst hotel experience I have had in Cebu and it’s not even close.

Airport shuttle was free pickup but not free drop off. Charge 300 p for drop off. False advertisement. Had to ask for tissue. The tv only had streaming services but nothing included local news would be better. The room was towards the street motorbikes very loud to keep you up at night. The breakfast was okay cook eggs on demand anyway you like is plus but the fruits only watermelon every day. Cebu Mango capital of the world shouldn't they have mangos. The bungos dish tasted like rotten fish. Chef should try it before serving it.

We stayed at Eloisa Royal Suites for one night at the start and end of our Cebu trip, and it worked well as a stopover close to the airport. The airport pickups were arranged as planned, though the drop-off charges had changed since we booked, which was a bit disappointing — the bigger issue was some confusion at the end when the taxi/private car price suddenly seemed much higher than what we’d agreed. Aside from that, the staff were lovely and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and well stocked, and the beds were good, though I’d avoid a roadside room if you’re sensitive to noise. Breakfast was simple but good, with eggs made to order, and one of the vegetable dishes was genuinely amazing. The pool and breakfast area are a bit of a walk from the rooms, but for a night near the airport with places to eat nearby, it’s a solid choice.
