There’s a cockroach in the rooms that we stayed in, furnitures are really outdated and broken, rooms and elevators are very confusing, but the staff are really friendly and accommodating.

We always stay here when we are finishing our stay in Philippines, very close to Mall of Asia, staff is always great and helpful , door attendant and security staff are great, can arrange Grab rides for you without having the app, …. Facilities is starting to show wear now, it is in need of a refurbishing ,only issue we encountered on our trip was the tv not working properly, they did come and fix it quickly when we arrived but it only worked temporarily, and same issue again … oh well things happen..

Stayed two nights and the room was spacious and comfortable. If I was being fussy, I'd suggest the bathroom design is less than ideal - functionally ok, but a little awkward in use. Being close to mall of Asia was handy - about 8-10 minutes walk. Convenience stores close by for last minute essentials. It was a littler noisey both day and night (more so during the day). - but being across the road from the new SM exhibition centre construction is I assume only temporary. Breakfast was ok but as a Kiwi, I would have like more choices (bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes anyone??) Overall. pretty good for the couple of nights we stayed there.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms are big, which is good if you have a lot of bags from the trip. Close to mall and airport… which is convenient . Will stay at this hotel again .
