It was really convenient. Great place to stay in Manila. It was near shopping centers and an MRT station. Food served were widely varied and they were excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They even spared some of their times to say goodbye to us. Perfect.

Seda Vertis North is a Multiple-Use Hotel that can accept bookings for Business, Leisure and Quarantine stays in accordance with government safety guidelines. Vaccination card must be presented upon check-in. Minors 17 years old and below are not permitted to check-in regardless of vaccination status. Available Facilities and Services: As additional safety precaution, our facilities and services have been reduced—with the temporary closure of Misto (for lunch and dinner operations), Straight Up, Pin Wei, Club Lounge, Pool, Gym, and Seda Spa. Temperature checks will be conducted at all entrances for all persons entering the hotel. Policy guidelines on “No Mask and Face Shield, No Entry” will be strictly followed. In compliance with physical and social distancing guidelines, the allowable and recommended number of registered guests per room is a maximum of two (2) persons only. Access to guest rooms are limited to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted. Non-Smoking Guest Rooms: All our smoking rooms are no longer available based on the Executive Order No. 26, effective July 22, 2017. Penalty of PhP 5,000.00 net per night shall be imposed if violated. Designated smoking area available within hotel premises. We assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues remain our priority and prevention measures continue to be enforced.
Child Policy: Maximum of 2 Children 12yo and below are free to share bed with adult companions. Child Breakfast rate available at the hotel.

Seda Hotel in Vertis North has gone to hell. The whole buidling is too hot, the rooms are too hot. The AC has not working properly. The elevators are nasty. I dont feel as home anymore. I believe the whole facility needs to be updated and keep up with the age.

During my first day’s stay at the Seda Hotel, my experience was unfortunately unpleasant. Upon entering the room, there was already an unpleasant odor. I initially tried to ignore it, hoping it would eventually dissipate. That evening, I went out for a massage, thinking the smell might improve by the time I returned. However, when I came back, I felt very thirsty and drank the water provided on the counter. As I opened the refrigerator cabinet, I was shocked to find a small cockroach inside. This made me extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. I immediately contacted the service desk to request a room transfer. I would like to commend the manager on duty that evening, who responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. He ensured that I was transferred to another room and made every effort to make me feel comfortable and safe. Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and care shown by the staff, especially the manager.

Clean room, double twin beds in lieu of queens but fairly common, room was a little cramped but clean and functional, great views and nice sized bathroom with large walk-in shower. Main complaint is that although A/C was strong, it was very humid in the room to the point of the linens felt wet. They need to dehumidify the air big time.
