Seda Vertis North is a Multiple-Use Hotel that can accept bookings for Business, Leisure and Quarantine stays in accordance with government safety guidelines. In compliance with the new IATF and DOT guidelines for Alert Level 3, please be advised that we will only allow fully-vaccinated guests 18 years old and above to check-in at the hotel. Vaccination card must be presented upon check-in. Minors 17 years old and below are not permitted to check-in regardless of vaccination status. Available Facilities and Services: As additional safety precaution, our facilities and services have been reduced—with the temporary closure of Misto (for lunch and dinner operations), Straight Up, Pin Wei, Club Lounge, Pool, Gym, and Seda Spa. Temperature checks will be conducted at all entrances for all persons entering the hotel. Policy guidelines on “No Mask and Face Shield, No Entry” will be strictly followed. In compliance with physical and social distancing guidelines, the allowable and recommended number of registered guests per room is a maximum of two (2) persons only. Access to guest rooms are limited to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted. Non-Smoking Guest Rooms: All our smoking rooms are no longer available based on the Executive Order No. 26, effective July 22, 2017. Penalty of PhP 5,000.00 net per night shall be imposed if violated. Designated smoking area available within hotel premises. We assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues remain our priority and prevention measures continue to be enforced.
Child Policy: Maximum of 2 Children 12yo and below are free to share bed with adult companions. Child Breakfast rate available at the hotel.
Health & Fitness Amenities (3rd Level) • Inhouse guests will have complimentary use of swimming pool, gym, steam room & sauna facilities. • Swimming Pool: Open from 6:00AM to 8:00PM (Sunday to Wednesday) and 6:00AM to 10:00PM (Thursday to Saturday). Appropriate swimwear is required. • Gym: Open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM daily. Appropriate workout clothes and shoes are required. • Steam Room & Sauna: Open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM daily.
