Amenities maybe outdated but staff are very good

The staff were friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and well appointed.

The ambience was wonderful. The staff were always respectful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. The TV did not offer a lot of variety (cable) and the shower water did not heat up, but it's all good! The staff was very responsive and helpful! We want to stay here again!!

Clean

The room was clean, entire staffs were awesome. Front desk clerks are welcoming, professional and they’ll go out of their way to assist. Bell men on top of things and polite. Security incredibly professional and welcoming always wiling to assist. Housekeeping top notch. Dining should be trainer for hospitality incredibly quick and polite. Whatever what the management is doing continue. Flawless services. I’ve reserved to be back in couple months because of how your service is. Kudos the front desk Max,JC, Kristine and Joshua you can’t ask any better team than them. Thank you again for the awesome service. I will highly recommend your hotel to my traveling friends. 1st night beedings are dirty..

No issues, good and clean and accommodating

Room was good but every item (coffee, sugar, cream) had an upcharge. I have to call for an iron and ironing board three times. Meeting room didn't smell fresh

The bar on the 8th floor provided horrible service. They didn't have the complete appetizer on the plate. It then took 20mins to rectify. Took 20mins to have a drink delivered. Had to bus our table because staff was busy on their phones. Service tip included on bill couldn't get it removed. Took two days to activate the phone in the hotel room.

Endless ask of useless questions at checking , unnecessary to checking process like my age, my date of birth, my EXACT foreign address!! When I challenged that, I was told it was the hotel policy to ask all these questions!! When I firmly refused, they finally gave up and gave me the key!! I’m surprised they did not ask me my job, religion or sexual orientation… maybe that could be part of their hotel policy !!???

The staff, the beak fast…. The ambiance….the room…. Everyone is so nice, from the bellman to the supervisor. Just notice 1 thing, towels are kind of dirty white color, they need to replace their towels

The lobby area smells terrible. The sewer needs major clean up. Room was clean except the beddings were already old. You can tell by the color of it

Overall, our stay in the hotel is pleasant. Very affordable and comfortable stay. Needs improvement when it comes it airconditioning. The hallways are hot.

Very obliging staff

Staff went above and beyond for our stay at every turn, at one point my rental car even had a flat and not only did the parking lot guard wave me over to draw my attention to it, they freely helped in swapping to a spare and getting in contact with the rental company when my phone had trouble reaching them. I can't thank the staff at the Bayleaf enough for all they did for us during our stay. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience every single day and exactly what I had hoped for in a vacation.
