Everything is perfect .but the washroom that i stayed in is not that clean so i gave 4/5 . I saw insect on the shower area the toilet has some dirt . And the glass door of shower not cleaned properly.. the smell of the room is good the room is clean and tidy.. staffs are nice and breakfast is good

Number 1 the staff was amazing! Number 2 the breakfast buffet was good enough for my taste. The only reason I didn't think it was worth 5 stars was sometimes the hotel hosts weddings on Saturday and it's not possible to swim in the pool while the buffet/wedding venue downstairs is being used. Still it is probably the best resort on the main drag in tagaytay
