The staff very helpful and friendly. I liked how they have cold water at main desk to drink. Location its close to everything. Breakfast is amazing traditional Portugal food. Plenty to choose from. I would tell everyone to stay here it was my first trip to Portugal.

The triple room we had on this stay was challenging to access with heavy suitcases (staircase) as well as a steep staircase to the loft where the bed was located. Would have been fine without luggage.

The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded quickly and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Unfortunately, despite the great service, I would not stay at this hotel again. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is located above several restaurants, and every morning around 5:00–6:00 a.m. we were woken up by bottles being thrown into recycling bins, tables and chairs being dragged across the ground, and other loud setup noise. The hotel is also quite dated. On our first night the shower drain clogged, although the staff resolved the issue quickly. There is only one iron for the entire hotel and no ironing board. I had to ask four times before it was finally available. The towels were old, rough, and in need of replacement. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited and there wasn’t much variety from day to day. The location is central and convenient, but because the hotel is tucked away in a narrow alley, taxis cannot pull up to the entrance. We had to drag our heavy luggage over cobblestones from the main street. Overall, the outstanding front desk staff were the highlight of our stay, but the noise, dated facilities, limited breakfast, and lack of basic amenities mean I would choose a different hotel on my next visit to Lisbon.

I was only there on an overnight layover, but i had a chance to have dinner nearby and explore a tiny little bit. Clean room, wonderful staff, great location - highly, highly recommend. I will for sure be coming back, this time for longer!

The hotel was close to the train station. It was central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and sights. They had a nice lobby area where you could sit to meet people. They also had a outdoor deck area where you could relax and lounge. There was also an area where you could work on your computer. They had a buffet breakfast which you could add to your room when booking or pay for as you choose when you get there. Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Rooms were a bit tiny. Overall, a great experience.

Where we were billeted has too many stairs and for an elderly person like me, it was difficult to carry the luggages. I mentioned about the stairs when I booked the room. Other than that, the room is clean and the beddings are fresh and comfortable.

Great stay! The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed and was very clean. The terrace was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax. I’d definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Great location that puts you across the street from a major metro hub but also walking distance to so many places. You can walk in one direction along a most beautiful tree lined street with high end shops. You can go in the opposite direction and see older sections of town with so much charm and beauty. Best of both worlds. Not a high end place with luxury throughout, but a clean room with a comfortable bed and a very fair price!

I liked the staff; they were very kind, helpful and friendly. I would go back just for the ladies at the front desk. Breakfast was very good and complete and I could not have asked for a better location just walking distance from so many ch: food, culture, shopping, etc.
