Hotel is very well located being only 15mins drive away from Hamad International Airport. You can even catch the train from the airport to Umm Ghuwailina station and its 5 minute walk afterwards. All the staff at the hotel are very kind and courteous. Rooms are clean and well maintained by housekeeping. They even keep a copy of the Holy Qur'an and a prayer mat in the bedside draw which we have only ever found in a hotel in Saudi Arabia which was amazing. Rooms are equipped with a kettle alongside tea, coffee, and sugar/sweeteners which housekeeping replenish daily. Theres is an iron and ironboard which is very handy. They have a buffet for breakfast with an omlette station which we visited daily. Ala Carte for dinner apart from 2 days a week which they do a buffet consisting of a specific theme cuisine which alternates e.g asian theme/seafood theme etc. The Ala Carte menu has something for everyone. And the theme night all depends on personal preference e.g seafood night was not for us. Niel in the restaurent was always attentive and provided an excellent dining experience. Me and my wife both visited the Spa for a massage. We were greeted by Shariq who is very kind and friendly. Helped us pick the right treatment. Our masseuse was Umaimah. She gave us both probably one of the best massages we've ever had. She knew exactly what she was doing. Focused on areas that needed attention. There is a Mosque nearby. Marry Brown which is a chicken shop chain is nearby offers good value

Really loves staying here. All the staffs were amazing and the food was lovely. Very nice and clean hotel with close proximity of attractions. Just want to say a special thank you to Veer and Soultan from the restaurant during our breakfast, lunch and dinner time. They always helped us and really took care of us like family. All the restaurant staffs were lovely to us. Thank you guy.

Lovely stay at the Steigenberger hotel. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Shoutout to Fatrick in the restaurant always being respectful and polite. I came with my two children under the age of two and the amenities really shon through. There was a kids swing/ slide area and even a kids pool.

Was a lovely stay we got upgraded to the superior room, beds are comfortable, big spacious rooms and very clean. I think the only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because of the breakfast range. There is alot of salads and pastry options but would be great to have more warm food options I was only having the eggs which you ask the chef to make and hash brown and beans. Would have been great to have more continental options or desi style options.

Amazing hotel, one issue is just the response time when calling main desk could be bit faster however they are so friendly and nice that it makes ip for it. the cleanliness is amazing! The housekeeping do an exceptional job! Thank you Mondher for the amazing management and checkin!

Staff were lovely, hotel was nice, the room was nice however there was barely any water pressure in the shower and the water would take forever to get hot And for a 5* hotel the breakfast stations were waaaay too small, the options for breakfast were very limited and omelettes and fried eggs were being prepared by one chef so there was always a massive queue

Great hotel, clean spacious rooms with welcoming staff. We found the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners had good timings for late eaters. Good swimming pool and gym with generous space. Best of all is the hotel location, in between airport and Doha centre.
