The property was well maintained, our room was clean. And they did serve a decent Grab and go breakfast… The room was very very small for two people. It was quite tight.

First night I stayed in room 001. Right next to several service doors, so from around 6am or earlier I was awoken by room opening and closing. Very loud. If you get room 001, ask for another. Second night, another room, the air conditioner seemed to struggle. But I was not staying past that night, so I said nothing. I will not book Point A again, although the staff was lovely and for a boutique hotel, not bad. Think Moxie hotels. Just the design is very inconsiderate to those wanting sleep without loud noise or uncomfortable temperatures.

I was only there overnight, all the staff I met were truly lovely and very helpful. I had a room without a window which for one night was OK, but for anything longer I wouldn't recommend. The room and bathroom were clean with the exception of dust around the bed headrest. Hairdryer was good and powerful and enough sockets around the room for my needs. I wasn't too keen on the colour changing lighting (which you can switch off) but thats very personal. I travelled to an event at the castle and the walk although with a couple of hills wasn't too taxing and took about 15 minutes. Also easy walking distance from Haymarket tram stop if coming in from the airport.

We're so happy with our stay at this hotel particularly attentive and friendly staff all of them. Also well worked high - tech facilities. A fly in the ointment was no tea and coffee facility in our room. We had no doubt we didn't have them as it is essential in the UK. A bit disappointed.

Staff at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The room was ok. Small and basic, but serviceable. The AC was nice to have a few of the days of my stay. The bathroom in my room and a very strong mildew smell that was not great. I was woken up by a housekeeper pounding on my door and then they entered the room telling me I had to get out - they had noted incorrectly that I was checking out that day. Other than those issues the hotel served my needs.
