We were at "Conference," the *OceanSciencesMeeting* One, so the Coordination of the Staff to coordinate our two "Separate Bookings" to make them seemingly as One was "Very Paramount," sweeties! On arrival at 8pm we went straight to the bar for food and while eating saw a mouse running across the floor and then up a seat and across the back of it. Told a member of staff in the restaurant who didn’t seem overly surprised but also didn’t indicate that it was an issue inside a restaurant. Also told the receptionist on the way past and received a similar response strangely. Didn’t ask for my room number or offer an apology but maybe didn’t know what to do either. It was odd. For £130 a night you’d think someone would show some care.
