Old and not nice hotel. No service. And everything cost money even a bucket of ice is chargeable.

Great stay

It was an enjoyable stay. The showers in room are not great and have very low pressure a bit disappointing. Needs more g ocus on hygiene particularly around buffet breakfast.

Close to MRT

Nice hotel good location. The bus and subway is near. Nice Walk by the river

Didnt get the room i booked. Property claimed they were having renovations and upgraded us to a signature suite. But the upgraded room is much smaller and not sure what the upgrade was as there was nothing apecial about this room

Nice older hotel clean room nice pool and bar. Enjoyed it.

The reception staff did not greet us, smile or show any common courtesy. I was given my keys and told where our rooms were. The rooms were very basic and did not feel clean or fresh. One of our rooms had old clothes under the bed.

Really nice stay at the Copthorne, my first room was at the rear of hotel but this was quickly changed for one at the front when I asked. Great breakfast, nice pool, sauna and gym and very friendly staff

Staff were helpful and convenient location of the bus stop for local transportation.

Sadly, despite looking forward to staying here, I was generally disappointed with several important aspects of a hotel. The Check In process was unacceptable, four stations at reception only one person on duty. Check in took nearly 30 minutes. Phone from the room does not get answered by reception. Bathroom is far too small to justify the price.

Room comfortable, nice view, really small balcony compared to my expectations. One way airport transfer included which was great. Pool area nice and included breakfast buffet was good even though hot food options were often cold. Check In staff and Concierge were awesome. Good location for quick Grab/Taxi access We had a club room but didn't use the lounge, we did take advantage of the free happy hour drinks in the bar. The bar staff were often MIA or unresponsive and it wasn't clear what we needed to do to avail of the free drinks so was quite confusing and both days they tried to get us to pay at the end so we had to explain we were in club room, which is fine but you'd think with no one else in the bar they'd assume we'd be there for the free drinks coz no one else was into it. The wine pours were TINY which I just assumed was because they were included so wasnt bothered by that but was quite shocked that when they tried to charge us that was obviously their standard pour
