The front desk staff Ms. Salwa was super friendly and helpful. She helped me in my room upgrade from Deluxe Room Pool View to the Patio Pool on level 1. She was quite nice to talk to & had a pleasant personality. The whole staff in the Hotel was also very friendly, from the Concierge to the room service staff. The swimming pool was huge and my kids had such a great time and really had so much fun swimming in it. I especially like that the room had a bidet. I would definitely love to come again with my family next time when I want to book a staycation. 😊

A 5-star hotel can only be justified by how great they handle their customers, not only when everything goes well but especially when everything goes wrong. We got a room (king deluxe with patio) that was facing construction (this is the room we paid for, we didn't know there was construction at the time). As soon as I opened the patio, I got an asthma attack. Kumar, the concierge, helped us to get a prompt solution and worked with the hotel team and the Duty Manager to revive the room, doing deep cleaning and providing a better room due to my condition. I can say Kumar has really gone the extra mile, beyond his responsibility, to make sure we have a nice, comfortable, enjoyable stay! And has been extremely helpful to make sure everything is up to our standard of expectations. I hope Dusit Thani management gets to read this review and give appreciation and promotion he deserves. He's such a great asset to have, someone who is wholeheartedly dedicated to the job. This isn't the first Dusit we stayed at, but this is the best so far. Sincerely, Your happy loyal customer.

We went to the bar and celebrated my birthday dinner. The food was delicious, and the service rendered by Maureen and Benjamin was GREAT! The hotel environment was nice too! The front desk lady was super helpful and always smiling :) Thank you!

The room was spotless when we checked in, and it remained that way every evening we returned. The amenities were the best, including the pool, which was to die for, the spa, and the in-house room servers need to add more to the menu, but the wagyu hamburgers were off the chain. We liked that it was 24 hours, as my son would order at 2 am after coming back in. At all the places I have traveled, the staff could not touch the Singapore staff. The Best!!!

Lovely hotel, close to the airport. Currently surrounded by major project works, but the rooms were comfortable and sound proof. The property allows access to the club showers once you check out, which was extremely helpful for people with late night flights.

There was no airport shuttle that we were aware of. The hotel was comfortable, very clean and staff was hospitable, helpful and very pleasant. The nearby construction interfered with easy entrance to the hotel.
