Great hotel to stay at! Excellent location, near MRT station. A lot of eating places nearby. Will be back again. :)

Been staying in the hotel for many years. Never once disappointed. Loved the friendly and professional staff. Location is superb, next to MRT station and bus stops. Spacious rooms and family friendly. Highly recommended.

Great staycation for me and my boyfriend. Quite disappointed that the toilet doesn't have a shower head, bidet spray but the bath tub was big and spacious 😎. The hotel was really fast and efficient on the checking in and out plus the effort of designing the room as it was my anniversary on that day + the complementary cake too! They also offered to make up my room during our 2nd day! Breakfast and lunch was good during my stay there. Was very filling and bloated 😋🤣. Swimming pool was good but during cold weather the water was really cold. Bedroom was very spacious and we had a nice view from our room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. I don't mind coming back again for my next staycation. Stay safe everyone 😷

Booked for a superior room. After reading reviews, decide to top up a fee for seaview since it's a staycay, definitely want to enjoy time in the room. Reached the hotel at 12 noon and was thinking if the room is not ready, shall grab lunch first. To my surprise, there was a mini snake Q forming behind me while in Q. 3 counters at reception were opened. A lovely and patient lady named Venus check me in and patiently went through the regulations. I opt for an upgrade with a reasonable fee and was allocated to Exec Room at level 16. The room was clean and huge I would say compared to the new hotel's room sizes. The hotel was nice to send a cake for a birthday celebration stay. This is a hidden gem hotel located in Marine Parade. Food is abundant and just across the street. East Coast Park is about 10 min walking distance only. We explored around since we stay in the far North, we hardly visit Katong area. Friendly staff ✅. Amenities complete ✅. Bathtub ✅ Not a staycay is complete without a soaking tub. Nice pool ✅. I would love to come back soon and experience their Suite rooms.

Very enjoyable stay at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy, besides having bus shuttle service from airport to airport and vice versa, this hotel is located right in front of the mall parkway and food center cheap and halal behind the mall, if you want to go anywhere easy because the hotel fit sutthle bus, friendly staff, near the beach, cleanliness okay, if to Singapore I recommended stay at Grand Mercure Roxy.
