Nice hotel and strategic location, with access near Bugis MRT Station and Sultan Mosque. When you are on a holiday or business trip in Singapore, I strongly recommend staying at Park Royal on Beach Road Hotel!

Pleasant attention from staff during our stay. Allen noticed that it's was my cousin's birthday month when we checked in and immediately arrange a mini cake for him upon check it. It's attention to details like this that made us decided that this won't be our last staycation at Park Royal beach road.

Absolutely amazing. We got upgraded to the club floor where the rooms are superb. Space is great, room is immaculately clean, their is a table where you can eat your takeaway food (due to current restrictions). Location is also fantastic, nearby all the amazing foods! Having an automated system for things such as booking the pool and asking for toiletries is excellent which perhaps other hotels can learn from. Housekeeping was also really good, even replaced the garbage bag and gave us a new one. I have nothing but praise for my stay here, highly recommended.

Whilst slightly away from the centre of town, it is a great facility, the staff are really helpful and it is close to two MRT stations and the bus. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and answered our needs promptly. The room was very nice, well kept and cleaned daily. The location is very good about a 7 min walk from MRT station and good food locations nearby which is convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, clean hotel with Great staff. Bed was huge and comfy, food in the restaurant was lovely. Had all the amenities you need including a really good gym and swimming pool. Recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Singapore.

Ms Mun at the reception was fantastic and welcoming, set the entire tone for a great experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated, amenities and bathing products were top level. Common spaces and lobby was designed and maintained beautiful. Room service was quick fresh and tasty. Breakfast was A+, just a recommendation to have more fresh juices available, there was apple only. Overall a superb experience, highly recommended, the area is also great location with easy access to MBS area, and Raffles neighborhood

I have no complaints. I was in SG for business and was only back in the room to sleep/rest. I had an alley/building view (the only negative), but the room itself was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were great. It was a great place to stay when working in the Bugis area.

This hotel have severely gone downhill We changed 4 rooms unfortunately due to a series of different issues comprising of poor noise insulation, malfunctioning TV, and ants infestation. The service recovery was also extremely poor. Cannot recommend.

Hotel was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is fantastic with a refilling water station and helpful seating area to monitor incoming taxis/Grab. Gym was top notch - sparkling clean and modern equipment. A good range, including treadmills with LCD running/walking journeys. Pool was a nice temperature and cannot be faulted. It seems it opens at 8am (not 7am) but staff opened it early at request. There is a 7/11 5 min away downstairs at the back of the hotel through a passageway from the lobby. We booked the Superior room (interconnected) and it was a nice size with comfy beds. Some of the additional wheel-in beds were too firm. The water filter in the bathroom is great for filling up for the hot days. No bath in bathroom but shower is a good size. Location could be better, as it's 5-10min from Bugis or Nicoll Highway station, which are both flat walks but Bugis needs a crossing through a busy road. 5/5 hotel
