Stayed in an Executive Lounge for 3D2N. Review of the room: (1) Loft itself was very cozy and pleasant; (2) TV is not a smart TV and only allows screen mirroring and the reception for the channels is pretty bad; (3) Toilet flush is weak and requires multiple flushes (also no bidet if that matters); (4) One of the three power plugs were not working. Review of the hotel: (1) Service is hit-or-miss depending on which staff you approach; (2) We ordered breakfast for Day 3 during the afternoon of Day 2 and the staff told us that we did not make a booking even though it was already confirmed; (3) Hotel card was very finnicky and required multiple inserts and the staff only enabled one card so the other card they provided did not work; (4) International breakfast buffet is standard fare-nothing amazing, but it 's worth the price if you compare it to the price of brunch at a cafe outside; (5) Gym closes at 11PM, could have had a more prominent sign to inform guests; (6) Staff left our bagged trash in the room after room service. Overall: Pleasant experience bar the above complaints.

Great spacious modern room, especially since loft design and high ceiling makes the space really welcoming and feel extra large compared to other Singapore hotels in similar range. Only note from me is not with hotel itself but location from MRT a bit far as well food choices near the hotel is a bit limited since area is focused on more of nightlife and more on upper end restaurants/cafes.

The air conditioner so dusty on top, can't sleep at room 453 😭 and then on top hanger also so many dusty also

Very clean, big space, the staff friendly, easy check in and check out, no need to checking the room before check out and they advice me to entrusted my luggage in them until anytime I want rather than in luggage service on the harbour. Near elsewhere and many cafe ' s.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Located right bu the city. The loft exactly same with the photos. Comfort room, comfort bed, and also the pool. The room has a small referigerator, and desk to work & chillin’ at upside the loft. Breakfast also was great. The only thing that I concern is one male front desk isn't help me to check-in properly. He look busy when I'm in front of him, until the female front desk help and guide me to check-in process.

The worst check in experience ever. It took one hour until I can get the room key. The receptionist seems clueless with their job.
