The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has easy access to shopping areas and the MRT. When I needed porridge at 2 a.m. to take my medicine because my illness had relapsed, I called the hotel staff, and they quickly helped make it for me even though the kitchen was closed. It was very helpful. I really appreciated it. Good experience. Thank you🙏🥰

The location is very strategic, especially for those planning to visit Mount Elizabeth Hospital. It's within walking distance to food and drinks, coffee shops, and souvenir shops. Transportation is easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious enough for those with large suitcases and toddlers, allowing them to move freely. I always stay at the York Hotel whenever I visit Singapore.

It's a 15-minute walk to Orchid Centre. The hotel has two entrances: one to Ion Orchid and one to Paragon. If it rains, there are fairly large umbrellas available. The price is OK. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The hotel is amazing, staffs are nice and helpful, the room is cleaned every day, they got a nice bed and spacious room, but the distance from the nearest station is pretty exhausting, you have to walk for about 15-20 minutes to reach the hotel, maybe if you’re not a fan of walking, you can take a taxi instead☺️
