I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon and had an amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the airport or city. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The dining options were fantastic—I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The indoor pool and fitness center were also great for relaxation. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just a short walk from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, perfect for travelers. I’m so happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For a hotel near the airport, it was amazingly quiet. It was clean, staff very helpful and courteous, and the free shuttle made going to and from the airport a breeze. I would stay here if I had a long layover. The only issue I had is the same at so many hotels, not enough electrical plugs. However, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to travelers to Korea.

My mother and I stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon for our last night in Korea before flying home the following day. We have a lovely stay and the staff were exceptional with high level of care to the guests. We had the most delicious room-service dinner and the room was very comfortable and spacious with a few of the planes landing and taking off. Last but not least, the free airport shuttle service was exceptional and so convenient. We would highly recommend staying here especially if you have an early flight the following day. Definitely will stay here again when I next visit Korea!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The buffet was absolutely amazing. I just wish that the rooms had a little bit better upkeep especially in the bathrooms.
