I had high expectations for the Lotte Hotel Seoul given its reputation, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite the premium location, I got multiple flea bites after the first night. The itching and discomfort were significant and affected the rest of my trip. Staff response was mediocre at best when reported. For a luxury hotel, this level of pest issue is unacceptable and concerning regarding cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend staying here until this is properly addressed. Beware and consider other options in Seoul.
