Nice location, close to walking streets, easy to eat and have fun, near shopping areas, clean hotel, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Always create the best conditions for customers. The hotel has full amenities. Very convenient for travel and entertainment. I will definitely come back for my next vacation and business trip to Korea.

By far the best experience I have had with a hotel. We received an upgraded suite, the room was spacious and spotless. The hotel has wonderful amenities as well, and a staff that were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic location if you are visiting Seoul for the first time. I hope to come back someday and stay again!

The property is in the heart of seoul and is minutes away from Namdaemun market, Myeongdong, the hanbok villlages, multiple temples and shrines, and more restaurants than you could eat at in a lifetime. The property has a well kept gym and spa facility, along with very friendly staff. Ubers and taxis may have a bit of trouble locating the front and often drop you off in the back of the property.

Excellent stay- large spacious modern apartment, conveniently located close to train station and also to many destinations. It is in the heart of Insadong, the traditional area with lots of restaurants, and close to MyeoungDong for shopping, the palace, etc. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Korea

The hotel was in a convenient location, just a few minutes away from jongno 3-ga and jonggak station. Front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. However, large improvement is required for the housekeeping team. Not only did they not clean up toilets thoroughly, leaving hair around the floor, they also did not close my room door properly. I was shocked to find my door unlocked when I returned. Also, no bottles of water or water dispensers are provided.
