One of the historical hotels in Seoul, all service was very satisfactory. The amenity in-room is Molton Brown, which is my favorite. You should definitely try the breakfast held on the 2nd floor lounge, it was very nice. Even though the price is a little expensive, the quality of the food is amazing.

Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. They definitely went out of their way to make us feel important. The staff is amazing and the location is right by a train station to make visiting Seoul very easy. Highly recommended if it fits your needs. There is a reason it’s a Forbes 5 star hotel!

Concierge service was utmost in terms of getting a taxi and shuttle bus to major attractions. Food was absolutely delightful! I am definitely going back there.

One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at: excellent service to help us book taxis / translate as we don’t speak Korean and top-tier amenities for saunas, pools, gyms with many racks to support my health needs! Not to mention the breakfast was so goooood as it is a Michelin restaurant… Will definitely come back!
