Staff were very helpful, but pictures were deceiving. It looked much nicer online, but the bathroom was nice and had very hot water. The location is very active at night but safe. Had a lot of restaurants around and even downstairs. Train stations within a 5 min walk.

Really fantastic hotel, they were so responsive with anything we needed and the room was spacious and immaculate.

We had a very good and convenient stay at the hotel, clean and nice staff customer service and also the laundry service excellent. Kitchen are well packed with utensils. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, fully equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, right in the middle of everything, love this. Only downside, limited storage for clothes, no closets. And no where to place your body washes. But other than that, I would absolutely book again!

Great apartment hotel. Room came with a clothing washer(no dryer), clothing drying rack, kitchen, dinner table, microwave, fridge. Even had a traditional dining area with a tv for get togethers. Felt safe and like home. Only complaint would be the noise from the outside. Being located at the heart of many bars and restaurants, considering installing sound deadening windows to diminish the sound from the outside would greatly improve the experience. Sleeping at night was a challenge, since there was so much noise from others outside enjoying themselves at bars and games until 2AM or later.

Had a great trip; the service was responsive to our needs and everything kept very clean. Will aim to stay with same group on the next trip.

The staff was amazing.

This is our second family trip staying at UH. The location is unbeatable! There is a fun barbecue restaurant just across the road, multiple photo booth stores, 2 fried chicken places, convenience stores, 2 different subway lines within a 5 minute walk.... insadong is about a 5 minute walk and ikseong is about 10 minutes away. Myeongdong is an easy 8 minute walk as well. We LOVE visiting the Cheongyechon stream every morning and it is a one minute walk away! We travel with our two kids and don't like to check bags, so having a place with free laundry and a full kitchen is amazing! The staff is wonderful and able to help with anything you may need. There can be a little noise from the night club across the street, but honestly we found it to be part of the charm. We love it here!

Polite staff and room cleaning staff. Location is great with many shops and restaurant around, 12minute walk to Myeongdong, and close to subway and bus stops.

Nice comfortable stay and accurate to the images posted. Staff was lovely, you may be in the annex building nearby.

Room and staff were great. Easy transfer from Airport on the limousine bus. Though street was busy and quite loud, the room we had was soundproof it felt like, we were not disturbed.

Staffs are helpful and lots of eating places around the area. It can be very noisy during night time due to lots of bar surrounding the hotel vicinity.

Overall the stay was nice. The hotel had what we needed and as it was advertised. It was more than enough space for 6 to stay comfortably. The location made it very convenient for shopping and eating. My only issue is the beds do need to be replaced. After checking in we had to get help from the front desk because one of the bed frames were broken. Also, it was kind of hard to sleep on even after the temporary fix with the center of the bed sinking down because of the broken frame. For that I would’ve rated this a 2 or 3 star stay. The one thing we can appreciate is the staff, especially Anna, Sky and Kate. They were quick to help us when we had questions or needed recommendations. We would definitely consider staying here again. Hopefully the bed issue will be fixed by then.
