Apartamentos Montecarlo

When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . Even though i had my booking on my phone , the phone number is for the Nido del Aquila hotel , I then got in a taxi to the Nido to show the reception my booking, She then phoned her manager who was saying my booking had been cancelled and had no remorse that we had know where to say at 10pm on a Saturday night . I was so distress

The location is perfect ,just across the road from the main commercial center.The staff were great especially Juan who ran the pool bar but unfortunately the apartment was dirty and shabby, lights were hanging off the wall, the shower screen was cracked, the bathroom smelt like a dirty drain,we had a leak through the ceiling in the kitchen from the shower above which was fixed but took me ages to get in touch with somebody because reception was never open and didn’t advertise opening times or a contact number. Our bedding wasn’t change at all during our 7 night stay in sweltering heat but towels were changed about 5 times!!! We had 1st stayed here in 2018 and it was perfect then, hence why we thought we’d try it again but it has definitely gone downhill.

Perfect location to shopping centre and an excellent pool bar for food and drinks and pool’s nice as well.

We stay here every time and its always good. A little dissapointed with the view we had this time but all in all a very pleasant stay and great location.

Apartments are very central, clean and tidy, there are a lot of steps around the complex that could be a pet for the less mobile

Appartments were spotless. Towels changed every day. Pool bar opened till 6 every day. Food lovely and drinks very reasonably priced. 3.60 for a strawberry dakerie

Excellent location and located right next to the main shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and I would definitely go back and stay there again 10/10

The pool bar and pool area was excellent and all the staff around the property was brilliant 👍

Excellent location. Very friendly staff always willing to help. Pool very nice and has a pool bar canny selected of food and plenty alcohol. Would recommend this. Great place.

Excellent location. Rooms a little dated but very clean.

Stayed in these apartments a few times now love them .Can be a bit noisy with music from the centre at night but doesn't bother us.Nice location everything on door step

Likes: Good size apartment with 2 good bedrooms shower room/loo on first floor. Large terrace, lounge, kitchenette & loo on ground floor level. In house staff really helpful and friendly.

Absolutely can not fault these apartments.. spotlessly clean..spacious and fantastic location.. only downside is you dont get the sun on balcony till about 1pm

Wow... checking in was quick and easy by a lovely guy... apartment was fantastic.. above and beyond what we expected.. downstairs loo.. fully equiped kitchen and spacious lounge with large tv, although we never used it. Balcony was large with table , 5 chairs and a handy clothes drying rack. Upstairs were 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower. Everything was immaculate. Beds were lovely and comfy.. we couldnt have asked for more. There was a welcome pack of washing up liquid cloth and sponge.. large bottle of water.. and liquid soap in the bathroom. Would definately go back to these apartments.. the only downside, if in fact there is one.. is that you can hear the noise from the centre across the road.. however with the doors and windows closed you struggled to hear it and it didnt bother us at all.. in fact its location saved us at least €5 per day in not having to use a taxi to get back fo the apartment... most are located at the top of quite steep roads.. All in all.. fantastic !!!!
