Barcelona Airport Hotel

Highly recommend Barcelona Airport Hotel. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff, wonderful Buffett breakfast, clean rooms with comfortable beds, and complimentary shuttle to and from airport. The only thing it was missing, was an English speaking television station...but would not lower my rating for that.

If flying in and out, great place to get some rest. With shuttle and breakfast, worth the money.

We had a nice clean room near the airport but also walkable to a great restaurant we found 20 min away as we were unsure of the restaurant on site.. Staff allowed us to check in early after arriving from our cruise. Loved the free shuttle to airport!

The hotel itself was clean, however staff was unfriendly, and unhelpful. Would not refer this hotel to anyone. Food was nothing special and it was difficult to get a cup of coffee. air conditioner was great

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The food at the restaurant was excellent 5 stars. We stayed there last year as well and loved it ss well. We would highly recommend.

Room was clean, comfortable and served our needs as a place to sleep and be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Our problem had to do with the dining area. we decided to sit in a an enclosed area closer to outside when I felt something bite me and then we noticed one tiny ant come from under the placemat. my granddaughter and I were both attacked so we moved to a table in another room closer to the lobby. Same thing, ants were crawling on the table. My grandaughter chose to take her food up to the room. I was still waiting for my food and waited over 1/2 hour. Finally we checked on it only to find out the waitress missed putting my order in. They made it quickly and I too my food up to my room. I believe the manager, in a suit, handled that order. I mentioned our problem about the ants and he did not respond or even offer an apology. I did have bite when I check my arm and back in the room. This problem is something that needs to be addressed.

The hotel has the eeriest vibes… if you have seen “The Backrooms,” the hotel is reminiscent of that movie. The lighting is really creepy and the modern layout of the hotel feels sterile. Walking down the hallway to your room, there is little detail to distinguish the doors from the walls, and combining that with creepy lighting it gives me the chills walking to my room. The basement is even creepier with lights pointing upwards. The layout of the hotel is very strange, with the elevators being split up for no reason making them less efficient to use. The outdoor pool is located in the weirdest spot and the backyard of the hotel is huge and seems to serve no purpose. The food is bland and boring. At the breakfast buffet I had to go through 4-5 plates to find one that was completely clean. Staff was helpful and friendly! I wouldn’t stay here again.

Could not fault every element of our brilliant stay and staff. So flexible with accommodating checkin and checkout around our arrival and departure and the pool was great. Our double family room was spacious and ensured we were well-rested before our long journey home.

Great place clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice pool to relax. And convenient free shuttle to and from airport.

Staff staff was not very helpful nor friendly

We stayed overnight between flights as a group of four. We booked the 2 BR suite, which was very, very nice. It was spacious, was very modern with all kinds of amenities like a complimentary minibar, bottled water, and coffee maker. It also had a separate living room which was very nice to have. Checkin was great and the staff at the hotel were all great. The on-site restaurant(s) (there are several but we only ate one meal there) was great with very friendly staff. I could not give it 5 stars because the next morning we went to catch the 5:40am airport shuttle and that system is a disaster. Even though I think we gave the hotel our departure flight info, and I assume other guests did as well, there wasn't enough room in the shuttle for all the guests trying to use it. Three of our party found seats, but I did not. Several other guests were left out as well but it was only apparent after everyone's luggage had been loaded so some people had to go back, dig out their luggage and find a last minute alternate transfer to the airport. Myself, I left my luggage in the bus for the rest of my party to grab for me, and found one single taxi in the adjacent lot that I took independently. The driver was absolutely no help at all and clearly couldn't care less about the situation. So, be prepared to find our own last minute transfer or make sure you're among the first on the bus. In all, would stay here again, but the early morning stress was not what we needed.

The room was clean and the hotel was nice, however, I was given the same room as someone else. I was about to go to bed when some guy opened my door and apologized right away, the young lady at the counter was probably exhausted since it was 3:00 am, so she gave two people the same room number.

It was great and the staff made it easy.
