This hotel was way better than we expected. Rodrigo, the Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and very clean, the bed was soft and nice, the shower had excellent water pressure, and it was very quiet! This hotel is in the center of Madrid, very busy streets, full of people at all times but once you close the balcony doors you do not hear a beep! I fully recommended.

This hotel was way better than we expected. Rodrigo, the Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. We got the adjoining rooms and the set up was good for a family of 4. Decent AC, which you need in Spain in summer. There is a balcony but it is tiny--only one person can be on it at a time.

I loved it! The staff in the hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond. The rooms were super cute and the balcony view was suberb! Felt like a vintage Madrid aesthetic. The only thing I wish for is for them to not have charged us extra for the wine bottle when I requested it. The wine bottle should have been there and should have been complementary. They did offer one after we paid for it. However, aside from that I had a wonderful stay! Might be back in the future!

We had a pleasant stay at blume Cruz suites. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect as it was near all the main attractions. Highly recommend staying here!
