An excellent hotel, with very helpful staff. Room was very large, with separate lounge and bedroom. Allowed us to stay a few hours after checkout time, meaning we could use the pool, a shower room and secure luggage storage. 10 out of 10

The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce.

Air con is amazing, best we have stayed at on the island so far. Rooms comfortable and nicely fitted out. Maid service daily and towels bedding regularly changed. Staff very attentive and friendly. Down side if there has to be one less mobile may struggle with the steep hill to/from the beach. Sunbed wars do not happen here 1040 am now and plenty of beds available. Think the beach in such close proximity and how gorgeous it is reduced the amount of people around the pool during the day.

This is a great hotel for the price, set in the best part of Menorca. This in part is why I keep returning to it each year. However despite my scheduled stay this year, I was unable to go due to country restrictions. I am disappointed that the communication wasn’t very good and that ultimately I wasn’t able to get a refund or gesture. I will return next year however and will let any disappointments from this year pass over. It’s a fantastic place to stay so do go if you get the chance, you won’t be disappointed

Great location: Cala Caldana is one of the best spots on the island in the south, its beach is perfect, with shade and you can easily reach the most beautiful, white sand beaches in both directions (Mitjana, Trebugar, Macarella, etc), it is just in the middle. Hotel is walking distance (5-10 min) to the beach, coming back the street is rising, but manageable. Good free street parking (you just walk out of the hotel to reach the square, no need to hike the street). Restaurants, supermarket all walking distance but still calm and quiet enough. Fully refurbished new apartmants: we booked 2 for 2 families, the upper floor superior 2 bedroom sea view was really really fantastic (there are only 2 such in the hotel), the superior one bed roomroom seaview was nice, but rather semi-sea view (design, enterior and equipment is the same in both). The staff was very helpful during our stay, daily cleaning very useful, complimentary . The kitchen could have been better equipped (no washing liquids, no spounge, no paper towel, no oven, only stove). Swimming pool very clean and good warm water. View from pool area fantastic. Breakfast and dinner wide selecion, reasonably priced, good price - value.
