Crisol La Selva

The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was nice, it was a quite location with restaurants and attractions nearby. I enjoyed having the bar available for a drink and breakfast was good.

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Crisol La Selva Hotel. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Their exceptional hospitality truly makes a difference. Every year during our music festival, they graciously allow us to use their meeting rooms for rehearsals, which has been incredibly helpful for our group. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect environment for both rest and preparation. We are already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great stay. Clean rooms. Bella from nearby church were going off every 15 mins all thru the night. Not a big deal. Wish the hotel would use cleaning supplies with less fragrance

The restaurant is not open every day (does not say that on the website) and we did not understand where the dinners were and it was NOT communicated well at all that it was in the CAFE not the place where breakfast is. Not many local restaurants that were open and hard to find out info on what was open and not. If we knew the language better we might have done better. Oh, and the pool wasn't open.

The receptionist on duty was very helpful, providing details of local places to eat within a short walk and within the old town. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the restaurant does not serve evening meals (only a sandwich). The young lady behind the bar was very cheerie and also spoke English, although not all the staff did. The room was very clean. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing due to no water in the cistern, having reported it to the receptionist, it was fixed immediately, although the problem did occur once more during our stay. The pop up plug did not operate very successfully as it did continue to loose water fairly quickly, this however is not a deal breaker. Breakfast was served from 7am -10am, with a fair offering of pastries, cakes, fruit juices, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, streaky bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, bread. (I would recommend the lovely almond tart). There is a small outside pool to the front side of the hotel with a few sun loungers in the vicinity, no heating, so water was refreshing, but well needed after a busy day at the local theme park.

Desgraciadamente no aprueba en algunos aspectos. Las paredes son suficientemente delgadas para sufrir los ronquidos de los vecinos por lo que dormir se convierte en una loteria, depende de los vecinos que te toquen. En limpieza de habitaciones se queda muy justo en un suficiente. En cuanto al personal un excelente, amable, servicial y atento.

Très bel hôtel, personnel, super agréable. Par contre la literie est à revoir car vraiment pas confort.

Chambre a renover en profondeur surtout la douche! Petit déjeuner assez moyen Sinon personnel au top!

Séjour d'une nuit . Propre, chambre spacieuse mais literie peu confortable (ressorts). Nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar de l'hôtel un peu avant 23h et déjà fermé !

Très bon accueil de la part de Montse qui a été professionnelle et qui parle français c’est un plus pour nous. Hôtel agréable et tranquille. Parking sous terrain disponible moyennement 5€ par nuit. Petit dej parfait. À 25 min environ de portaventura. Literie moyenne mais suffisante.

Une seule nuit est tant mieux car la literie juste horrible matelas avec ressorts que nous avons senti toute la nuit ma fulle de 17 ans avait un fauteuil une place dépliant inconfortable Par contre personnel aimable, piscine petite mais très agréable petit déjeuner complet

Pour un retour d'Espagne : halte d'une nuit . Ttres bien. Mercvi au personnel pour le pique nique!

Hotel parfait, situé à 15min de Port Aventura. Accueil parfait

La atención del servicio fue lo mejor de la estancia. Aprovechamos la piscina para refrescarnos. Es pequeña pero estaba limpia y hay hamacas y zona de cesped. La habitación en la que estuvimos era cómoda y espaciosa. Tan solo echamos de menos una silla más, puesto que habia solo una y eramos dos. Tambien faltaba una escobilla en el baño y otra mesita de noche. La cena estuvo muy bien, era tipo menu con tres platos a elegir para los primeros, los segundos y los postres. El desayuno era buffet y fue muy correcto.
