Hotel did not help with parking received a ticket for 90 euros asked for resolution and got nothing except paying more for a second night than I did the first

Room is adequate, amenities not great. At check in I requested an iron and ironing board as I know they don’t have them in the rooms. Was handed one at the check in desk and along with all my luggage had to carry the iron and ironing board to my room with no help. The staff couldn’t do any less if they tried.

We were in 410 room and every morning noises coming from the cleaners rooms, hoovering and dragging things. The rest of the stay was good.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located. However the room I was giving was next to the elevator and the stairs, and I didn’t get any rest! Finally on the last nite I requested to be changed to a different room and they kindly moved me. Also the breakfast is very basic, not many choices.

First of all I want to say the service was fantastic. The staff were very very good. But, this hotel is in a business district, I had to work half day from the hotel room, there are no kettles in the hotel rooms to boil water, no coffee or tea making facilities. That is insane! I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, the restaurant isn’t open on Friday nights! I tried to get room service and it’s only for two hours every night but not Friday Saturday Sundays. I won’t stay again.

Modern facilities, spacious and clean room, good temperature, bathroom was luxurious and clean. Breakfast buffet was okay, better than average. Our only complain was that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. They were very thin (considering it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel). This by itself will make it difficult to come back.
