I would have liked to have been advised by the Four Seasons that the streets were closed to traffic due to a bike race on the day of my arrival. I had to walk a KM uphill with my bags.

Normally Four Seaons are the best luxuries hotels all around the world but this one in Madrid did not have the same standards. The room had very bad smell I had to open the windows to get fresh air. They obviously never refreshed the air in the rooms. The cartoon rubbish bag some visitor left outside their doors stayed there almost for 2 days. The breakfast fruits were not fresh looking. The pillows were so uncomfortable. I stayed in some many different Four Seaons but this one was never up to their usual standards. Although I stayed in Madrid Four Seaons before and did not have bad experience but this time I was not happy. I asked for some information from the concierge they said they will give the information later but they never got back to me. However pool bar employee was very kind young man, and the kids’ pool was very warm and nice. Dani restoran was good . Lobby cafe was also good in terms of service.
