Hilton Madrid Airport

It was like stepping into a time warp of 80's hotel design. This is a property in desperate need of a gut renovation. In our room alone, A/C, refrigerator, and several outlets were non-functional, and shower water pressure was very low. It's an airport hotel, so I didn't expect much, but maybe more than that...

We stayed there the night before we had to fly out. There many good dining options and amazing buffet breakfast in the morning. We slept great in the beds. The room was very clean. Very happy. I would stay there again.

The property has a free airport shuttle which makes it very convenient. The restaurant was very good.

The only negative comment about the property was the dinning offering inside the hotel. Very limited menu and very expensive for what it was

Nice, clean and easy hotel for airport transiting.

Lovely entrance with fireplace. Lovely room decor and comfortable beds. l did not like the all glass bathroom sink. Slow food service in bar and it wasn't that crowded at the time. We had early flight and were surprised to come to the lobby at 6:15 AM to find everything dark. It all opens at 7AM. Service was variable, from extremely friendly to my husband, allowing him a coffee when we had not paid for breakfast, to less accommodating to my daughter and me arriving 5 min later. Our arrival at the hotel was early from our flight and were allowed to keep our luggage with the concierge until a room was ready, which he hurried to accommodate us. There is a lovely dining room and also spaces to meet other guests staying in the hotel, with tables, to sit before the fireplace, with full bar menu service. Excellent shuttle service to airport.

The only reason I booked this hotel , was because of the indoor pool. After many days of walking around the city I thought it was a great idea to have a relaxed day before returning to my country. Everything was okay until we went to the pool and my Son stepped on something that looked like glass. After I informed the front desk they came and realized that something had broke from the pool. As such they closed the pool and took a picture of my son's foot, that had blood, for the report. I was not even offered a bandaid. I expected better from this Hotel but I guess they don't even take care of their guests.

Good proximity to the airport. High quality hotel. In my opinion, not suitable for those who wants to spend a few days in madrid. Traveling to back and forth can be time and money consuming.

A very nice hotel near the airport. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are spacious and up-to-update. The free shuttle to and from the airport was on time and easy to find/take.

Very close to the Madrid Airport, 12-ish minutes. Booked it last minute due ro a change in flight status: They were very accommodating and offered transportation via shuttle to the airport.

Hotel is conveniently located off highway and easy to get to airport. I would give it a 5 star but the only plug near the bed only works with all the lights on. Since my husband has sleep apnea and has to have his machine plugged in this was not good. It should be stated since the front desk was aware of problem. We have done a lot of traveling and not come across this.

Excellent hotel if you want to be close to the airport. Best bed of my trip, restaurant was a pleasant surprise and the service was great!

We stayed one night with an early flight the next morning. The room was really impressive and the needed luxury at end of two-week trip was well needed. Location is close to airport which was nice but because our flight was very early we had to take uber because shuttle wasn't running yet and there are little/no options for food in area other than restaurant in hotel. It was really good and we enjoyed the food allot, but it is $$$

Not happy with my staying, the cost was very high for what the hotel provides. Additionally I was charged for a local call at more than 10 euros, when trying to call to a local restaurant, where the local call did not take more than 30 seconds. No plans to use this hotel in the future

Review for Hilton Madrid Airport We stayed at the Hilton Madrid Airport for an overnight layover, and it was an excellent choice for convenience and comfort. The hotel is perfectly located for travelers needing a short stay near the airport, with efficient shuttle service making the transfer seamless. The rooms were impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a long flight. The only downside was the temperature—our room was quite warm, and we weren’t able to lower it, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. However, everything else about the stay was fantastic. One pleasant surprise was the quality of the food. While the hotel’s restaurant and bar are on the expensive side, the food was much better than what you typically find at airport hotels. The flavors, presentation, and service all exceeded expectations. The hotel also has a gym, which, while small, was a nice option for getting in a quick workout. Overall, the Hilton Madrid Airport is a great choice for an overnight stay—comfortable, convenient, and with better dining than most airport hotels. Despite the temperature issue, we would absolutely stay here again.
