This was the perfect hotel for a few days in Granada & to see Alhambra. A short taxi from the bus terminal and train station (12 min walk) and right in the heart of the shopping areas. Lovely hotel with modern designs and stylish room. Nice large shower too. Everything is walkable from the hotel, the old town and Alhabra are not far (amazing bus service around the city from the stop close to the city) and the flamenco caves are a short cheap bus/ taxi away and well worth a visit. This was the perfect hotel for a few days exploring Granada and the spectacular Alhambra

This hotel is in a fantastic location and has the bones and decor to create a wonderful experience. Sadly, the cold and stiff staff at reception brought the experience down quite a bit. The receptionist did the bare minimum and was generally uninterested in helping us when we asked about local sites and the city tour tram. In fact, they didn't even know the name of the city tour tram company or how to get tickets despite it being directly across from the hotel. In contrast, the young lady who served breakfast in the morning was quite nice. And proactively helpful. What made things worse was that the room was very noisy /wasn't soundproof. We heard all of the noise from the street all night. In addition as many have cited there is no AC for cold air. So if you come during spring summer, or fall, make sure you're OK with absolutely no AC because there's only a heater.

Nice hotel in the middle of Granada. Walking distance from major landmarks. I recommend getting the Granada card that gives you access to public transportation and entrance to the Alhambra and some museums.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was good, clean and comfortable. However there was too much noise during the night! The trash collection was around 1 am, many tourists were loud in the street until around 2am. Maybe becase were in the first floor but still, we couldn’t get a good sleep that night.

This hotel is exceptional. The room upgrade is so worth it (only paid 90 euros extra for 2 nights). The friendly staff, restaurant and balcony views and cleanliness are top notch. Best experience I’ve ever had.
