Great location! Overall the hotel was fine, but I did get stuck on a few minor details. The room didn’t have an iron or enough “closet” space for two people on a three night stay. The shower door was difficult to secure as water seeped out during showers and we had to use the mat more for puddle control. They staff was friendly and accommodating. And we also got a discount for parking in a nearby structure so that was also appreciated.

The hotel was positioned perfectly in bilbao. The whole area is walkable . The staff at this hotel are excellent and in particular Nadia on the front desk who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend!
