The accommodation was fine however I booked a queen size bed and got two singles! The accommodation is a tower block at the top of the hill. The view from the 29th floor was amazing

It was good. Air conditioner needs long time to start cooling.View from balcony is amazing from Panoramic apartment.Make sure you must throw away all rubbish before check out otherwise you can’t get your deposit.

Absolutely awful experience for the start! First my requests werent even answered or acknowledged and secondly I checked out the next morning after what should have been a four night stay! I felt so unsafe there! Someone was trying to get in my room! The noise was horrific and very rowdy. Not suitable for solo traveller. Would definitely not recommend

Not suitable for everyone. It’s very hard to get to but the hotel and apartments are nice. The deposit is abit steep but atleast we will get it back. I think they should allow more time on the rooms it’s a 5pm check in and 10am check out that’s the worst we’ve ever had and we travel a lot

For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly.

First of all you need to go to the lobby of the hotel in order to check in and get the keys of the apartment which is located in another building. The apartment itself was not very clean and the sheets of the sofa bed were not washed. I had to go and walk again to the hotel building to ask for a blanket and towels because they were also not provided. Would definitely not stay here again

Nice place to stay good value for money great views from high floors close good bars on the way down to front uncle rons and the drop inn it was My second visit to this apartment block this year. Only let down. Is the pool area is a bit tired grubby . Other than that is nice place to stay in sunny benidorm apartments are clean tidy yes i would stay agian

The property had 2 fire escapes on each floor one of these was locked which for a 32 storey building is a serious fire health and safety risk, we were on the 2 nd floor

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our apartment was. After reading some reviews and the low price we were not expecting much but the apartment had everything we needed and more. We arrived at 2pm (check in time 5pm) and were able to check in which was great. The apartment was fairly clean and in pretty good condition. There was a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher! The shower was always hot and the water pressure was consistently strong. The WiFi coverage and speed was great for the entirety of the trip. We had a big, furnished balcony that has the sun in the evenings but the door to it was broken (not really an issue for us). The bed was comfy, initially we only had a sheet but asked for a blanket at reception and they got us one straight away. There were blackout shutters in both the bedroom and living room which were incredible! A/C worked perfectly all the way through, it’s controlled by a digital panel, could have it really cold if you needed but even having it on a reasonable temperature was comfortable. It was only a 10-15min walk to the beach or the strip (it’s a bit of a hill but we were fine with it) and they provide a shuttle that runs every 20mins, for free, between the morning and about 10pm at night. We didn’t use the pool, bar or restaurant at the main hotel so can’t comment but it always looked nice when we called in to reception. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

For us nicely situated fairly close to both beach/nightlife & Benidorm Palace with a courtesy shuttle bus to the beach area. Staff were pleasant & friendly.Having stayed in these apartments for 1 night several weeks ago, and as they suited us decided to stay again, this time for 3 nights. My wife is scared of heights. The 1st apartment we stayed in she could manage the 16th floor as it had a solid chest height balcony wall, as against a glass one. For this trip we requested, at time of booking & followed up, same apartment style on a lower floor. We we're given the 18th floor! The apartments are ok for an overnight stay however, in my opinion, there is a lack of storage space should four of you be staying for a week. We requested a couple of extra pillows which never turned up. Buffet breakfast, in the adjacent hotel, had a lot of choice. Secure underground parking, at extra cost, with a lift serving all floors direct. In conclusion we enjoyed ourselves however at time of writing this there is construction on an adjacent sight so there will be associated noise during working hours...also Benidorm has it's fair share of stag & hen parties which can be noisy no matter where you be.

easy check-in by friendly staff at hotel adjacent to the apartments and requested overnight parking. Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower. Comfy beds & balcony with table & chairs taking in a lovely view over Benidorm, the mountains & the sea. Breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the hotel only a couple of mins walk away. Plenty of bars, food establishments and grocery stores a short walk away. There is some construction work taking place fairly near the hotel/apartments however that didn't bother us as arrived on the Sunday for a one night stay. Benidorm Palace is a relatively short walk away however bear in mind that returning is uphill. Have booked again in April for a three night stay. On checking out, the very accommodating receptionist added a note to our reservation requesting same apartment.

Getting to the hotel was terrible. Directions were not correct. Once arrived, there is are no clear indicators of where to park to check in or how to navigate arrival. The room had no hand soap, and lacked cleanliness. Walls are extremely thin, everything can be heard from people talking in the hallways to a bus passing by in the streets. It’s a good location away from all the downtown party craziness
