A must stay. You really don’t need to leave the hotel area.

A good hotel with great facilities. Housekeeping department as well as reception could be better. Duty Manager however was fantastic in resolving the matters we had.

Lovely hotel and managers are absolutely brilliant and accommodating with any help you may require. Housekeeping are also incredible. Lovely pools and restaurants. The sauna, jacuzzi area is a little bit dated and could do with revamping to match the rest of the hotel

The property is in a lovely area and next to the Opera House. The beach is a public beach and it would have been nice if you could use the beach a bit more i.e. with sunbeds etc. The staff are really lovely and cannot do enough for you. The housekeeping in the room was a little hit and miss, but always clean. A good selection of restaurants and also within easy walking distance of a small mall with coffee shops and outside restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

First time in Muscat. The hotel was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. I was attracted by the fact the hotel was on the beach. This was a public beach reached by passing through a fence keeping the hotel pool areas private. I am not a hotel pool person and having said that I did not find the outside facilities attractive. The room was very nice, there was a good sports bar like pub with sport on tv, snooker tables etc and the food was excellent. A selection for breakfast. .

Lovely hotel, right on beach in Muscat. Fantastic outdoor facilities: 2 pools, tennis court, etc. We stayed twice : first time was great, second time, the room had some maintenance issues(clogged drain and problems with ac). Though we pointed out the drain issue, it was not fixed during our stay. The restaurants are very expensive for the quality and quantity of good provided. Go around the corner for better food!!

Fantastic located hotel with good facilities and amazing service. The Club rooms are a great choice as you get afternoon tea and two hours each evening of canapés (hot and cold) and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. A good option given cost of alcohol in Oman

We loved our stay here! The staff was phenomenal, the breakfast buffet was unmatched, and the rooms were super clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent level of service and attention to detail. It was a luxury having the lounge included in our stay and we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and service throughout the whole hotel. Chef Austin from Scotland was a gem! And all of the team. Pools were great, spa could do with a facelift but other than that a wonderful family holiday in a great hotel that we would recommend and definitely stay in again. Thank you all.

Regular Omantaxi not allowed in - you need to step outside 100meters for low prices. Return rides work as usual

This IG hotel is a family resort style place in a quiet part of the Muscat city beach zone. There are large hotel grounds with pools and a gym all lacking any type of useful directions. The hotel has placed a large surcharge on local taxi rides and there is no local bus service so transport around the city is expensive. The main problem with this hotel is the house-keeping service - poorly trained and understaffed - so any normal check in is very slow and often delayed due to rooms not being ready. The daily house-keeping is also slow and irregular. The hotel may suit family groups looking for an inclusive resort but it is not suitable for business travel.

I like that u can access the public beach frm the back entrance and then straight to restaurants and cafes. There is also a food truck right at the beach. The jacuzzi and indoor facilities were a little run down. During winter time its nice to stay indoor using the facilities.
