Unfortunately this wasn’t the best stay. The hotel is decent enough, it’s in a good location. The rooms weren’t grubby, however, they didn’t scream clean either - the towels were a bit musty and rough, the grout wasn’t clean, and the carpet a little stained. Breakfast was excellent, the food is good and a large selection. Some staff were friendly, however, there was one lady at reception who was incredibly terse with multiple customers - looking them up and down and eye rolling. I was then charged twice for my stay and my VIP benefits from Expedia were not applied. Next time I will probably stay elsewhere.

Amazing hotel so welcoming , warm and clean and helpful. Such a beautiful place to stay, so many things around to go explore and so much to do easy transport and easy access to restaurants/bars. The room, and all you can eat breakfast was magnificent! I fully enjoyed my stay. Would give this hotel only the BEST rating. What I was shocked by was being charged over $90.00 for Laundry….i could have purchased new clothing for less. It was completely unexpected and super frustrating. I wish the Hotel would compensate me especially because I had a $139 upgrade available which I didn’t use.
