Really good location for an overnight trip into Gothenburg. Walking distance to centre and areas of interest. Lovely front desk staff. Super convenient to catch ferry and trams.

The room, and all you can eat breakfast was magnificent! I fully enjoyed my stay. Would give this hotel only the BEST rating. What I was shocked by was being charged over $90.00 for Laundry….i could have purchased new clothing for less. It was completely unexpected and super frustrating. I wish the Hotel would compensate me especially because I had a $139 upgrade available which I didn’t use.

Hotel was great, new and clean. Only Thing we were disappointed by was the hefty fee for one-time, 3 hr spa access. The spa is extremely small, includes a tiny heated pool, a stream room, a sauna and an “aromatherapy” room. No treatments are available. Sek 1000 for two people and so not worth the money.

Great hotel with views over Goteborg waterfront, close to trams, buses and ferries. Excellent breakfast, good restaurant and bar on the 12th floor. Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Only bugbear was the lack of decaff coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superior Twin Room smaller than expected, designer glass basin in bathroom had no plug (wasteful of water), shower leaked. Hotel well located for exploring city on foot, public transport nearby. Staff all friendly and helpful, particularly Reception. Good breakfast in spacious area.

Overall the hotel is fabulous. Spotlessly clean with beautiful furnishings and decor. Wonderful varied breakfast. My only gripe is the pokey shower with a plastic shower curtain in a pokey bathroom. A glass basin at lower belly height just inside the bathroom door for me is a NO NO. Otherwise the room was great.A £20 taxi ride from the station or a 25 minute walk.

Frukosten är den bästa i Göteborg. Fantastisk personal och ordning och reda på allt. Restaurang och bar är öppna 7 dagar i veckan och det uppskattas speciellt på en söndagskväll.
