Room and bathroom was spacious (compared to standard hotel rooms in Europe), very clean, standard amenities (soap, shampoo, shoe buff, laundry bag). Pillows and blankets were comfortable. The thermostat cannot be manually operated - which is fine if you can't stand the cold because you can borrow a extra heater from the front desk, but if you can't stand the heat, you must crack open the windows or bust. Location is great - only 2-minute walk from the Versoix-Gare train station (train is 15-20 minutes to Geneva central). The hotel is right across a medium-sized supermarket (COOP) and walking distance from a number of great restaurants and (I've been told) bars where you can karaoke.
Breakfast was standard European fare (cheese, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit), but with good selection and delicious. Staff was very friendly, professional, and speak perfect English. I have no complaints.
