Even though it’s old building, but room service staffs are well done to do the cleaning. Receptionist is very helpful and nice. He gave me ideas where we can take good pictures, and gave us some ideas where to eat. 7mins from the train station, good location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and the views from our room were wonderful. The water temp in the shower does change occasionally but that was our only issue and very minor, just want people to be aware.

The hotel room was dark and the floors were poorly laid. The shower curtain was stained and hung to the middle of the bottom of the tub. That was rather gross. The check in was at the property next door.

Simple and cost effective room. Make sure to ask for pillows from the desk of the main property as room pillows were flat. Smaller shower but satisfactory. Good hotel for the budget conscious and is a short walk from Main Street Zermatt and 8 minutes to the train station.

The staff got us into our room early when we arrived in town early, although they did initially give us the incorrect room type. The room was fine but had mold in the bathroom. The hotel lacked amenities- even check in was at the hotel next door so for any requests you had to leave the building. Location was good so fine for a short stay
