I would highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located and 10mins walk from train station and shopping area and restaurants. We had a great view of the Matterhorn from our bedroom. Thank you Bristol Hotel for that.

Fantastic holiday. The physical property is gorgeous, clean, modern and the perfect location in Central Zermatt. Fantastic breakfast. Wonderful Matterhorn view. Incredibly pleasant, helpful and professional staff.

Had a great stay, great location, breakfast was ok. Quiet hotel. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Everything is walkable and nearby.
The only issue I had was on checking out, there was a hotel driver when asked if he was going to station he said no he was going to a shop, so I had to walk 11minutes to station with my luggage, when I reach 8minutes into my walk he was indeed parked by a shop…this upset me as it would have been nice to get a drop close to station as hotel did advise free shuttle service to and from station

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and the room was clean and the bathroom had a nice tub. The room had a big patio, and the facilities ( sauna, steam room) were great!

Beautiful clean room. Delicious breakfast included. The wifi was terrible. It basically could not connect in our room. The only solution staff had was to use the wifi in the lobby. When you’re travelling from another country wifi is a must for planning travel and it is more relaxing to do this in your pjs in bed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had 2 nights here and the stay was amazing. We had a free upgrade to deluxe room and it was so spacious and clean. Love their breakfast esp the diy stations! Only thing was the wifi was on and off breaking.
