Property was easily accessible from the train station. About a 15 minute walk on nice sidewalks. Room was nice enough for the price. The staff was helpful and kind and allowed us to store our bags and actually checked us in early.

this is a simple property, neat, clean, well priced, and close to the airport… If you were looking for a reasonable alternative to airport hotels, this is a good spot for you. Neighborhood is residential but comfortable. I took an Uber ride. It was about $25 US, but it was also raining so it might've been surge pricing ... anyway it's not luxury, but it is neat and tidy and very comfortable

The only real good point was location. We had a stressful beginning to our trip which was unnecessary, as we already knew that we would be checking in after the latest check-in time. Despite reaching out to ask about how we would check in we were not provided with a code to get the key until after we landed in Switzerland, no acknowledgement that they had even received our email, meaning we didn’t know for sure if we would have somewhere to stay or not on arrival. The room was tiny and the pictures online don’t reflect the actual tiny size of the room. The nice entrance with the logo rug is actually a bit of frayed carpet which is a complete trip hazard. This place is definitely NOT safe for children. There is plenty of hot water, however if you knock the tap in the tiny shower (very easily done) the water is scalding hot in seconds, shower door was hanging off on one side. Self catering a joke, We had one pan, two forks two mugs and three glasses,No instructions for cooker or microwave. The sockets have been adapted meaning it’s hard to use charger plugs, and when you do swap plugs the sparks lit up the room, one bed had a very loose side shelf the other had nothing to rest a drink or anything on. On the surface it is clean, and there was no issues with clean towels as needed. It’s never going to be posh and I don’t have an issue with that, but basic maintenance is non existent. You just worry that fire alarm maintenance etc is just as poor.

The property was not as described. They use a phone to photograph a passport when they finally answer. Go to the room which was left cleaner than when we got there. No aircon, small, and outdated, nothing like the ad described. At all times of the day, there is yelling, no idea if it’s the cleaner or owner. While we had no bed bugs, from what we’ve seen in reviews, they are around, and the hotel refused to refund our money so we could go elsewhere.
Do yourself a favour, go anywhere else.

Check in was not smooth difficulty contacting someone although numerous text messages from host.Good clean apartment on second floor with full size fridge and all cooking facilities. Bed close to a wall on one side made access difficult. Toilet seat room 25 loose. Good value for Zürich.

The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The bed frame was visibly filthy, and the mattress sheets looked old, stained, and unclean. The bathroom was covered in dust, the shower doors were broken, and the hair dryer did not work. There was also no air conditioning, only a fan, which is not sufficient during hot summer days. Additionally, the photos on the Expedia listing are very misleading and make the room appear much nicer than it actually is.

Beware of bug infestation!!! The entire bed, bed frame had many many bugs that came out at night. It got so bad we couldn’t sleep and had to pretty much leave in the middle of the night. We sent photos and messages via WhatsApp throughout the night to management, which obviously we don’t expect them to respond at the time, but they never ever apologized or gave any justification or any response whatsoever even the next day. Avoid this place!!

Zürich is expensive! The flat was small but clean and functional for our needs. There was a nice balcony and the bed was comfortable. It would be nice if some basics were provided like tea and coffee given that there is a kitchenette.

Well situated and had all amenities. Unfortunately the volume control on the TV was faulty, one of the two cups had a broken handle and the pillows were large but not very supportive while the mattress moved - not major issues but meant the apartment was not as comfortable as it could be.

Would be better if whatsapp messages were replied too faster. I initially wanted to extend one day but there was no reply in order to reserve directly through them.

Don't be too worried we stayed in the triple
room and it was not bad at all for the price beds were ok there were some imperfections but you can't complain for the price
