Air conditioning was a plus. 3 minute bus to Zurich airport. Bus stop was right around the corner. Remember to buy your bus ticket at bus stop before you board. Clean room. Airport hotel. Good value.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful helping me carry some things to my room, as I had strained my arm. Dinner from the restaurant was very good and so convenient open late at night after a long day of traveling.

The location was great for the airport. 20 min walk or there was buses just across the road that were v frequent. Room was nice. Coffee etc only replenished ones in 3 days. We asked for a glass of milk to make the coffee and were charged around €6 for it. Generally staff were v pleasant. Would stay again.

The hotel was a great location and very clean and modern, the staff were not very welcoming and there was a city tax to pay which is something I have never had to pay before.

The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again.

The staff was not especially friendly and in one case had trouble accessing some amenities that are kept under lock and key. The property is very good in its location as an airport hotel and the room itself was the best on my 27 day trip, the night before I came home. So I have mixed feelings but am willing to give the hotel a second chance.

L'hôtel indique que les chambres sont climatisées mais ce n'est pas vrai.... c'est un système central avec aucun contrôle et non performant. La navette pour l'aéroport est 16F pour 4 minutes et l'hôtel n'a jamais mentionné que ce service était payable laissant croire un service gratuit et inclus. A part le service au restaurant qui était excellent, le reste n'aura été que des fausses informations l.
