The hotel itself is great, clean, spacious and shuttle to airport is very convenient, we booked this hotel for the late night stay at Geneva, which worked out very well. The only downside about this hotel is its location, while it is good for travelers in and out of airport, it is away from the main attractions and there is not much dinning options nearby.

A nice hotel not far from Geneva Airport, but further than some others and not easily walkable (about 40 minutes). The hotel’s reliable shuttle to the airport and Palexpo is an important connection for getting to those places, and should be booked in advance.
I appreciated the free Geneva public transport pass than came with the reservation.
I have previously had a somewhat hip boutique experience at NH hotels, but this is more of a standard business hotel.

The hotel has a serious issue with housekeeping. I stayed there twice and both time the rooms was not well cleaned before check in. The location is difficult to get to unless you rely on the shuttle. The breakfast was the better part of the stay.

Loved this hotel. Everything has been well
Thought out and cared for. Staff is plentiful and friendly. Only improvement would be if hotel airport shuttle ran more frequently. I waited a bit over 30 minutes and saw other hotel’s shuttles pass through multiple times.

The shuttle back to the airport was wonderful. The room was a little tight with three beds. There is a McDonald’s around the corner and the little grocery area and the tram is five minute walk if you’re looking for a quick stay or have an early flight it is an excellent option especially because of the free back to the airport shuttle I’m not sure if they do a pick up or not
