There’s no AC, they should provide at least a standing fan. The rooms aren’t in great condition but it was fine for 1 night.

The kitchen faucet had a puddle from the time I arrived and would leak whenever used. I messaged them the same day I arrived, and I still have not received a response. This is the second time I stayed at their property within a week and they did not provide any soaps or a little towel like they did in the first property, I was limited to one towel for several days. Also NO AC, they should provide at least a standing fan.

The location of this hotel was both good and bad. It is convenient to the tram line and a short walk from the main train station. Unfortunately the street is very busy at night with both people shouting and music playing. It also appears to be a major route for police or other vehicles with sirens. The room I had overlooked the street. The room was very hot with no air circulation, no air conditioning, no fan, nothing. If one opened the windrow the first issue encountered was a sun shape that had no means of retracting. Small slits in it bared allowed any air through. Fortunately a previous tenant, or perhaps the building owner left a piece of coaxial cable to tie up some of the slats to allow some wind to enter the room. Unfortunately the level of noise from the street below made it impossible to sleep with the window open as the chaos outside ensued well into the early hours. The room and the bathroom were clean and the shower was reasonably good. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, leaving it full of water or with a a messy residue. There is no front desk or hotel personnel around. There is a very strange video intercom that gives a grainy picture of the front entranceway. Though relatively inexpensive it has little to offer beyond basic needs. I’d encourage the ownership to add some kind of ventilation to the room, at bare minimum a fan.

Noisy environment . people shouting , very loud music from car and they make party on streets until morning . you can’t sleep . and it is very hot no aircon or a fan . remote control of tv don’t have batteries and no cover . no inside lock for your security . i hope need to improve this for future .

Listen, this is a cheap room of Langstrassen. It's close to the train station, but things are loud, there's lots of restaurants around, and this is a remote access situation. I don't want to leave this place a bad review, but there was one thin sheet on the bed that I could SEE mattress stains through - I know I shouldn't have looked but I needed to make sure I didn't see any pests. I did NOT see any bugs, but that mattress was disgusting, filled with stains, had tears, was dirty, and cigarette burns. The box spring also had plenty of stains and literal crumbs between the mattress and box spring - a really gross thing to have to sleep on. Add to this that that the hot water kettle can't fit any plug in the room, and the dust bunnies and food crumbs, stains on the walls and ceiling... I'd avoid it.

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were no appliances such as shampoo, soap etc. Also, the shower was loose and the hair dryer was not working. The area around the property was good in terms of restaurants, transportation etc but it was very difficult to sleep during the night because of the noice of the cars and people passing by.

Clean room. No kitchen just a medium size room. No rubbish bin, fan not working. All night been hot and so nosy due to people and cars all night. Very rough area nearby.

The lack of crockery and was dirty plus lack of cooking pans, lack of curtains as 2 will not do 4 windows. Leaky sink with bucket underneath to catch drips, nothing to sweep floor with and dirty manky stinking sponge left on sink.

Awful accommodation!! Yes it was very cheap and I expect people to think you get what you pay for. Bathroom door had swelled due to wet floor in the past. Every time you pulled the door shut the handle would fall off. Had a heatwave during our visit. The fan in the room was broken. When we contacted the number provided by Expedia they said there was nothng they can do. As we were about to leave the hotel on our last day the cleaner had placed a new fan right outside the room ready for the clean up. Why couldn’t this have been brought a few days earlier. Obviously lazy and don’t care about the guests!

Suited our purpose for overnight. Small room but comfortable bed and excellent shower with clean towels & bath wash - no disposable cups. Very hot day and no air con and fan unsuitable, opened window to noisy street and loud people till very, very late. Excellent instruction for key and lift and wifi. Lots of local eateries.

Deceitful ... The property was awful ... pretty sure the pictures were not the same property? Issues: No A/C. Window Open and it was like the street was running through the room - window closed close to 30 degrees in the room! Ran out of toilet paper - no spare. No hand soap in the room? No dish soap in the room - are all the dishes germ free? Big reasonable picture in the living room ... hung upside down ... no joke! For the price we paid Expedia should be ashamed to represent the property ... period.

Check in was quick but the property has no staff (fully automated). The room was pretty terrible, and had a rotten bathroom door. The room was very hot (somehow way hotter than outside) and difficult to sleep in. The blinds for the window did not work. The tv did not work. There were very few power outlets , one of which would only have power if the light switch was turned on. The shower had collapsable walls and the water just pours out underneath then to the rest of the bathroom. Overall a terrible room and would not recommend it to anyone. The location is the only saving grace.

The property was so convenient for my trip as was an easy walk from the train station. Comfortable and convenient. Downside : street very noisy and bed linen not very warm. No standard European power outlets and had to buy an adapter
