Lobby smells really nice, which made feel immediately at home upon check in. Booked a double room and the room was massive. Toilet was spacious with a bathtub, and there was also a lounging space within the room. Directly connected to XPark and Gloria Outlets and there were also many dining options in the mall. The business lounge at Level 5 provides coffee, tea, coke, cold red tea and small bags of chips 24/7. Enjoyed my stay a lot, and will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay at Cozzi. It is a great hotel for family vacation, nice clean king size beds. Staff was very helpful and efficient when arranging a ride for us to go to the airport. The shopping center downstairs and the outlet mall nearby are definitely a plus. Will stay there again!

The property was beautiful and well-maintained, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I was disappointed that the fitness center did not open until 6am. I need to wake up early for my work commitments, and I really wanted to use the fitness center early, but I could not do it.

The accommodations were exactly as pictured. The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very tasty. The service was excellent. On our last day, we were rushing to the airport, and a full breakfast was still provided. 👍

Perfect room size, awesome amenities, and very kids friendly. There is a shuttle bus to and from the station. It's in the same building as Xpark and very near to Factory outlet.
