M a single female from Singapore. I find the security of tis hotel safe.. Staff were extremely friendly n helpful. The smell of ciggerate in the lift is the only turn off.. Man guarding the lifts doesn't bother me n even pressed the lift for me knowing m a guest on the 11 th floor ! Was upgraded to the deluxe room upon checked in... What a wonderful thing! Can even see Taipei 101 for the rooms full wall window! I will definitely go back to tis hotel . But maybe not suitable for family with kids cos the lift smell. MRT station exit 2 is jus few steps from the main entrance!

Very nice, clean and cute! It provides snack to visitor every day. Good location, close to public transport (Zhongziao Dunhua MRT)... I like it very much

Excellent central location right next to subway station. Breakfast buffet could be better, lack of a window was a bit depressing after 3 days, staff lovely, overall good.

It was very convenient location with the mrt station just next to it but it was a very small room and brought upon by the low ceiling.
