Perfect location as it's in the middle of town. Room is clean. There was a minor issue with the toilet and it got resolved immediately. Spacious room. Wide and fresh selections at breakfast. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

This hotel located close to a local market/ outdoor food centre nearby. It is great for tourist like me to taste the local food there. Besides that, I got excellent experience and customer service here. Service agents are very friendly and helpful to offer help to check my transportation schedule to another destination.

the room is tidy, the double bed is comfort to sleep. it basically has all you need: gym, LCD TV, makeup desk and mirror, decent washroom without tub though. it's very good for its nightly price. and also free parking lot right across the hotel. and a 7-11 beside it which is very convenient.

Fancy overall theme though lift entry to floors faced the lobby toilet which lowered class. A door to close it off might help improve the appearance. Room was nice with good town/mountain views. TV screen quality could be improved (but realised all hotels use this brand). Free Asian style breakfast was ok but my fiancé liked it, so it depends on your taste. Room size spacious and comfortable.

The Aircon in the room wasn't cold enough. The staff offered a fan instead of solving the problem. The manager was good enough to get the technician to solve it and offer a change of room. The manager also gave us some tea when we checkout as a souvenir
