整體住宿的情況不錯，但是有兩項覺得真的是要再加強： 1. 早上8點多與櫃檯服務人員要了一件浴巾，說要幫忙送來房間，直到了我退房了還沒有拿給我... 2. 說是溫泉飯店，但是要在浴室泡溫泉池的時候，熱水出水的部分很小，水又不熱，本來滿心期待想要泡溫泉，後來因為水太小又冷，所以就沒有泡了希望你們服務品質還需要再提升一點

鹿鳴溫泉酒店最大的特色在於永續發展做得相當好, 好到你會發現環境如此自然, 卻沒有蚊子! 我太太和兒子都是容易被蚊子叮的體質, 卻沒在這裡被叮到! 可是去隔壁的飯店找朋友卻馬上被叮. 這個時間點也有超漂亮的花旗木, 環境相當舒適. 若只是在周圍騎腳踏車, 不是用特別攜帶腳踏車來, 除非你想挑戰直接騎到伯朗大道在回來, 那大約是66公里的距離. 酒店內伙食也相當不錯, 相比隔壁那間, 若喜歡吃, 這間的伙食不會讓人太失望. 另外也有戶外游泳池, 與簡單的休閒娛樂設施. 飲料無限暢飲也相不賴. 房間設施部分較為簡單, 因此若是要依靠房間設施度假的就比較不推薦, 但是若只是當作休息泡湯, 平常會出去走景點, 那價位不算差喔.

For the price, we were expecting a more comfortable bed and a better hot spring experience. The hot spring water in the room felt dilute and not soothing. The room was clean and the view was great. We were able to bird watch from the bath. However, next time we will find a more reasonably priced hotel and spend the day in a nearby hot springs.

Having hot spring in the room was such a treat. The area is beautiful and a great place for those wanting to escape from the cites. The buffet was a bit disappointing for the price we paid.

The area is beautiful. It is a quiet get-away for people who want to escape from cities. Having hot spring in the room is a wonderful treat. The beds are very comfortable. The buffet restaurant is a bit pricy for the quality of food it offers compared to places in southern Taiwan. Overall it's a pleasant stay.

I am fine with most aspects since I knew what to expect when I booked the hotel. The only unpleasant experience was with a middle aged hotel driver who was rude and tried very hard to sell us tours which obviously will benefit him more.

This hotel is very convenient for exploring the Luye area and the rest of the East Rift Valley of Taiwan. It's relatively easy to go to and from Taidong (Taitung) too. However, we aware that this hotel's main business seems to be catering to tour groups from mainland China. So the hotel is quite and tranquil until about 6pm and then turns into a zoo until all the buses depart at 8am the next morning. We found the restaurants were crowded and noisy. The buffet breast was the same: every. single, morning. The staff aren't big on service - you really feel like you are just being processes, which given the mass tour group focus, isn't surprising. I would families and other independent travellers would get a more enjoyable stay at one of the many boutique hotels in the valley.

飯店有提供ㄧ泊5食服務，讓你從入住到退房都不會餓肚子！飯店有點年紀了，所以有些設備看起來都舊舊的，位在鹿野高臺附近，所以大部份的人都是去看熱氣球才選擇入住，建議平常可以在館內多辦一些活動，吸引客人

對於主打溫泉的飯店，溫泉池卻不太乾淨，入住前與飯店人員溝通更換房型問題，跟當天給的答案有出入，反應了沒任何解釋及補救，辦理入住被怠慢，且給了一直有冷氣不冷問題的房間，中間處理是換房，浪費旅客時間，並沒任何解釋或致歉，房間打掃的很乾淨，房內就有溫泉彌補了大眾池的不足，腳踏車的管理員人非常友善親切，有來回接駁車可以使用，這部分十分貼心，大致上不推薦，過程中的危機處理方式需改進

退房時間是12點，在11點多的時候清潔人員就開啟我們的房門，有傻住，清潔人員說以為已經退房，還好當時我們都有穿衣服。雖然打掃人員有道歉，但是感覺SOP上出現了大問題。
