Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the airport ride pick up and drop off. They had our names written nice and big so we didn't have to look hard. The snacks on the 2F are a treat. It's nice to be near the Ningxia night market and 6-7 mins from the MRT. Would come again!

台北旅行はいつもこのホテルに決めています。双連駅からは7〜8分ほど歩きますが、台北駅（駅が広過ぎて、結局駅の中で歩く距離が長い）に近いホテルよりも、駅がコンパクトで飲食店もたくさんあり寧夏夜市にも歩いて行けるこの立地がお気に入りです。（桃園空港からのバスも、アンバサダーホテルで下車すればすぐに到着です！）お部屋は清潔ですし、共有スペースも快適です。洗濯、乾燥機共に無料で使えますし、粉洗剤も完備されています。高級ホテルに泊まるより、よっぽどこちらのホテルの方が快適だと感じます。共有スペースに面した部屋だと、話し声が聞こえたりしますが、深夜まで騒ぐ人もいなかったので、快眠できました！

The reviews on this property gave us higher expectations than what the hotel actually was. The bathroom had a huge mold problem and the staff did not clean the large spot even though they said they would. However, for the price of the hotel, the room was relatively clean (outside of the mold), the room was spacious, and the amenities were good. Overall, it was a decent stay for the affordable price but not a super nice place.

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. The location was accessible to shopping districts and convenience stores. It is also walkable to train and bus stations. The staff are very helpful and friendly most especially Ying Ying, Amber, Jason and Steven. The rooms are kept clean as there’s daily housekeeping. Laundry facility and unlimited snacks, coffee and drinks and also a plus points. Will certainly stay in this hotel again when we go back to Taiwan.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this hotel, last year and this year. The staff were very helpful and accommodating most especially Amber, Ying Ying, Jason, Steven and Erica which we missed this time, they’re always willing to help and always have smiles on their face. The room is kept clean as they do housekeeping daily. Will be staying back at this hotel again when we come to Taiwan again.
