This was our second time to stay in this hotel. The location was accessible to shopping districts and convenience stores. It is also walkable to train and bus stations. The staff are very helpful and friendly most especially Ying Ying, Amber, Jason and Steven. The rooms are kept clean as there’s daily housekeeping. Laundry facility and unlimited snacks, coffee and drinks and also a plus points. Will certainly stay in this hotel again when we go back to Taiwan.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating most especially Amber, Ying Ying, Jason, Steven and Erica which we missed this time, they’re always willing to help and always have smiles on their face. The room is kept clean as they do housekeeping daily. Will be staying back at this hotel again when we come to Taiwan again.

Very nice place to stay! It has everything you need, with 24/7 front desk available. And the hotel is near the Taipei Bus station just 5min car ride, which is convenient if you take the 1819 Taipei bus for airport transport.

The room is clean and the hotel provides daily cleaning services. The location is great and it’s conveniently close to the MRT station 6 mins by foot).
The downside is that the wall is quite thin and you can easily hear the noise next door.

My room has mold in bathroom especially on the caulking. I know the excuse of Taiwan's humidify, but it's still unacceptable!
Otherwise it should be a 6/10 hotel. The room wears down fast and it needs more maintenance.

Great location. The hotel is a 7-minute walk to Shuanglian Station with lots of restaurants close by. Hotel is a bit dated and rooms are a bit small. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free snacks and beverages in the common area.

Check in was smooth and staff was very friendly. Our stay was pleasant and room is clean. Hotel location was convenient and accessible to a few MRT stations. Our only complaint would be the walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors phone conversation/TV.

Close to 中山 train station, bus stations and a few night market. Difficult to find the entrance but regarding the price range the hotel offers, it’s understandable. Some of the facilities look pretty old and aged, but still endurable.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay for two days.
I appreciate the staff's kindness and prompt responses.
The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall condition were excellent. (The only downside was a bit of mold in the shower due to humidity.)
The 24-hour snack bar and laundry room were very useful during my trip.
I would consider staying here again on my next trip.

Like: Great location near MRT station (red line). Friendly and responsive staff. Room is larger than expected. Modern bathroom with separate shower / wet area. Free snacks and drinks at communal dining room. Convenient (and free) self-service laundry onsite.
Cons: not many. Walls are a bit thin so you could hear neighbors if they're being loud. Elevators can get very busy if you're on a higher floor or have luggage.
