The officers from the front desk till room cleaners were not friendly. Even I didn't see any smile from them until I checked out. In the worst case, it seemed to me they endeavored to push me to the trap they prepared. During the stay, they dreadfully insisted that I already made stains on the towels or bed sheets by submitting the warrant to me as if they trapped me in order to withdraw my THB 1,000 deposit. I have never met this kind of treatment from the hotels I stayed around the world.

Foods are good taste. Kindly staffs room are comfortable. Just the first night if our stay the water system is broken not satisfied but it us ok the second day.

Should have assigned us a room on a different floor from this one group. I have to wake up early morning Sunday because of door knocking by this particular group, they are too loud.

Hotel accommodation and their services is nice. Never had a problem during our stay, just having hard time travelling to city center always because we always need to pay 200++ baht for a grab to get to the city.
